Lee was a fantastic help when I was stuck in a tricky situation - calm and professional to say the least! My quote was sorted within an hour, and he was as helpful as could possibly be sorting out complications with payments! I'll definitely not hesitate to speak to him again if I need help

I was desperately trying to find an insurance quote for a new car I had purchased. The prices that were being quoted were way to expensive for me so I decided to contact Think Insurance. My call was answered by Lee Smith, who was so helpful, He looked at quotes for me and found one which I was happier with. He then said he would email the company to see if they could get a cheaper deal for me. He was about to leave so he asked a colleague to check the emails to see if there was a reply. An hour or so later his colleague Jay rang me to advise me of a cheaper quote which I said I would accept. The next morning I spoke to Lee Smith again and went ahead with the quote. I am so grateful to him as I had been so stressed out. He was very helpful and I couldn't fault his professional manner<br>Thank you so much for you help. From Christine Cripps
