I called up to inquire about insurance last week, and the person I spoke to (Rob) was very helpful and clear about the cost of my insurance, what having a black box installed would mean for me, and so on. Once I bought the car setting up the insurance was easy to do and the price was very good for a learner driver.

A great service from beginning to end, cannot fault staff who couldn’t do enough to secure a great motor policy to suit all my needs.<br>Would defo recommend to anyone looking for great 5 star service that is very rare to come by these days.<br>Was not at all rushed or made to feel I was being over cautious, which I probably was!!<br>Great prices for a tremendous service, what more could you want or need.<br>Give the friendly staff a call I am sure they will be able to help you out.

There are definitely some dramas possible with having a black box. This review is for customer service. I had a company check out the engine of my car, they did this by driving 50 down the road in a 30. After my insurance was about to be terminated for speeding I explained the situation to a lady named Jen. She was wonderful, made my situation a priority and thankfully because I had a good record they saw that it wasn’t me that drove the car. Very happy and relieved that the situation was resolved!

Fantastic service, Lee Smith was so helpful and professional with a good personality he helped us get fantastic car insurance and after giving him my details he came back promptly within an hour with a quote and a fantastic quote!! The price is a bit high but I searched around at lower prices insurance and the prices just got more and more expensive the more you spoke to them. The customer service was great I spoke to Laura and she couldn’t have been better help every step of the way and answered every question in detail to help me get the right insurance. Don’t waste your time searching for other insurers, this is the right one for you
