Great service all round - Sam was a huge help in sorting out good affordable cover, Darcy and Katie were also very helpful resolving any issues I had so I would recommend Think Insurance to anyone - young drivers in particular, great service all round and at very competitive prices.

Left my car at a garage to get my brakes fixed and almost lost my insurance due to the mechanic speeding! Spoke to lee and dealt with him throughout, did an amazing job and manage to get my insurance reinstated! Polite and professional and extremely helpful.

Being a first time driver, think insurance made it so easy to get the insurance sorted. I was served my Sam and Rick. Sam was able to get me a much cheaper deal than I was expected. Unfortunately when I called on a later date, to sort it out, Sam was unreachable. Fortunately a gentleman named Rick was just a easy to deal with. It was quick and informative transaction. Thank you for making this so easy for me.

Spoke to Ricky, Katie and I think Charlotte all together as I had one problem with accessing a document and at first was a little indecisive about what insurance to go for as I've never had to buy it before! They where all so lovely and answered my questions fully without making it too complicated to understand like some other insurance companies do. It's been so easy and I would recommend this insurance company to anyone looking for insurance without a doubt. One of the few insurance companies where I didn't feel like all they care about is money and actually wanted to help.

The man who helped me, Jack, was incredibly helpful and very polite. He not only matched the lowest insurance quote for myself, a new driver, but beat it substantially and got me insured in 10 minutes. I would rate the top marks for customer service and price.

If you're looking for young driver insurance this is the place to buy from. Kieran was awesome in explaining over the phone the features and benefits of why I should purchase from here and I did. I got one very happy daughter who just passed her test today and a bruised bank account but happy to give these guys my money. Well earned!
