So I had called my previous insurance company to change my address, and I was asked if my occupation had changed too which it had, only to then be told they will no longer insure me as my occupation deemed me a high risk.<br>so I was left very angry & had to find another insurer within 7 days..<br><br>After being on the phone and on the internet for hours on end I was forwarded on to Think Insurance who was amazing! Deborah Nunney who dealt with my case is an absolute star she was very polite and professional, not only did she improve my mood but she was able to beat the quotes I was getting from elsewhere..<br><br>I am totally overwhelmed and very satisfied with the service I received from Deborah at Think Insurance. So to be straight up with you, I cannot rate Think Insurance highly..
My previous insurer told me they could no longer insure me due to my current occupation, not only did they beat my previous quotes but the professionalism and helpfulness that was showed was unbelievable and it fully made my day!

Alena was super helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. To be honest I was genuinely surprised when she said she was quite new as she seemed so clued-up!<br><br>I probably wouldn’t have taken out a policy with these guys if it wasn’t for Alena, as I can get a little cheaper elsewhere, but the reasonable policies and superb customer service is worth the little extra.
