Just renewed my insurance again with think insurance and spoke to a lovely lady called Courtney. After changing some details on my account I was expecting an increase in my quote but was happy to hear it was the same price! She went through everything with ease and gave all the information I was looking for and was a delight to talk to. I have always been happy with the service from think and it was a no brainer to renew with them again!

Today I renewed my insurance with Think Insurance over the phone quickly and straightforwardly with the help of Courtney. She was efficient and made the terms of the policy very clear which was helpful as sometimes being bombarded with so much information can be overwhelming! I would recommend Think Insurance for their good customer service as well as reasonably priced insurance policies.

The lovely lady called Helen was more than helpful, she made sure I got the best possible price & gave me all the information I needed in clear and concise English so I fully understand my insurance, its a shame that all other insurance Companies do not have a Helen working for them. 5 Stars is not enough for Helen we need to collect a lot more for her ***********************************************************
