I can not recommend this insurance company enough! After spending the best part of two days on the phone I wish I'd have spoken to them first. I was lucky enough to have an extremely helpful gentleman by the name of Paul E. sort my policy out. He made the whole experience stress free, got the very best deal and came in on my budget and actually managed to get me more for less. It was like talking to a mate as aposed to the usual being spoken to like you are under interrogation! As the purpose of my insurance is to do with a new venture Paul E. was great in giving me sound advice and guidance to best suit my needs and was genuinely happy to answer my stupid questions and broke down the jargon into layman's terms. The aftercare was fantastic, not take your money and now your on your own attitude. I called Paul E. after everything was set up as I'd forgotten to ask some questions and for a bit more advice and yet again he went the extra mile for me, well over and above the call of duty. If I had the power to, Paul E. would get a promotion or a pay rise! I can not praise this man enough. Thank you so much once again!

It took me 2 days to look for a new renewal insurance company. Jamie was the first consultant I spoke to, he was extremely friendly, patient and thorough, he even managed to get me a better price. After debating with myself for half a day about which company best suited my needs and price point. I called back and spoke to Luke, he went through every single detail with me again and answered all my queries, he was very reassuring, friendly and clear when finalising the last details.

So I had called my previous insurance company to change my address, and I was asked if my occupation had changed too which it had, only to then be told they will no longer insure me as my occupation deemed me a high risk.<br>so I was left very angry & had to find another insurer within 7 days..<br><br>After being on the phone and on the internet for hours on end I was forwarded on to Think Insurance who was amazing! Deborah Nunney who dealt with my case is an absolute star she was very polite and professional, not only did she improve my mood but she was able to beat the quotes I was getting from elsewhere..<br><br>I am totally overwhelmed and very satisfied with the service I received from Deborah at Think Insurance.
