I have been with Think Insurance since I got my first car, renewed last year and a second renewal is imminent. As a lawyer who acts for insurer clients, I have a good sense of what to expect from an Insurance Agency and Think Insurance Services Ltd exceed my expectations by keeping me well-informed both verbally and in writing, conducting themselves professionally and pleasantly, and carrying out exactly what they offer; they found the best quote for me instantly and I was surprisingly shocked when I was offered about 40% of the initial premium cost(thats a 60% reduction from the original premium) for the renewal.
I initially spoke to a Charlotte Robinson who was exceptionally helpful, answering all my questions thoroughly and reassuring me about their service.
I'm looking forward to my next renewal via Think Insurance Services.

So I called today and found myself speaking with luke Potts. Second to non service. In all of my years until today NOBODY and I mean NOBODY has ever warranted a positive review from me before other than the vet that saved my dogs life..<br><br>He went away and got me the best possible quote. He was very thorough over the phone and was very detailed. And on top of that. We all do it.. the guy at the insurance company starts reading scripts that nobody listens to. But this guy somehow managed to make it that little bit less boring and me and my mrs had a good laugh with him over the phone whole we where there.. so far so good with this company but I must highlight that this is just day one.. first impressions re great. I've seen some negative reviews about aftercare but if they're anything like luke I'm not worried at all<br><br>Thank you luke!!<br><br>P.s. Luke's manager. You owe him 2 drinks since he managed to sell me 2 and owns to my policy. And in my 8 years driving I've never bought insurance and ons from anyone.

Just took out my car insurance with Think insurance and from my experience with them there has been Excellent customer service from Luke. Very patient and very friendly guy...we had a good laugh! My mom also loves how efficient he is aswell. I would 100% recommend this insurance company and 100% recommend Luke be the guy you speak to aswell!

I would like to thank Mr Paul Edgington, who provided me with motor trade insurance. I have been through many brokers, but Paul was the most involved, effective and patient person i ever spoke on the phone. It took me almost three months to setup my business, and he was there from the beggining to help me find the best solution for my cover.
