We eat here a few times in the day and at night I have allergy to dressing on salad with i told them when they took the order yet it still came with it on luckily I had antihistamine on me could of been so much worse

Haven't visited the Ivy for a while. We both had a fabulous meal, generous portions, staff very friendly and attentive. Definitely will be returning ☺️

We ordered drinks then food we told them no peppers and yes came with them then we ordered another round of drinks as we had drank the first ones our meal came we called the chap over and said we haven't had our drinks he said you go to go up the bar yourself and for our meal to go cold disgusting service so that's why you didn't get a tip this time always eat here aswel

We came for a family meal yesterday evening - 3 adults & 3 children. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service in the restaurant was 10/10. Great family friendly environment. Highly recommend

Just been for food and have to say it’s up there with the best in the area home cooked chips are a must. I had double chicken burger. The wife had steak and said it was better than miller n carter and my boy who is fussy said the chicken goujons were well nice nothing left but a bit of salad the girls were superb also.. will be back with the family x

We’ve been to The Ivy House near Bloxwich quite a few times now, and honestly… the Indian food never disappoints. Absolutely amazing every single time — full of flavour and cooked to perfection.
The portions are very generous. Come hungry, leave stuffed, possibly needing to be rolled out the door 😆. We even went for their Christmas meal, and yes… still managed to eat far too much because it was just that good.
The staff are brilliant — friendly, welcoming, and always on point. Nothing is too much trouble, and they really add to the whole experience.

We have visited the New Ivy House previously and always had an excellent experience, however I felt we were short changed on Christmas Eve which was disappointing.
We'd arranged months prior and sent out our orders, yet despite this it felt a little disorganised. Starters didn't come out altogether and so when it came to our mains, for some it seemed rushed and for others it seemed ages.
I understand it was Christmas Eve, undoubtedly the busiest time of year but it was disappointing as it felt like there was no time to enjoy the atmosphere or the purpose of our family meal, time together. It felt like the aim was to turn over the tables as quick as possible.
The food was great and staff were friendly but it just wasn't the experience We'd have hoped for,more a quick dinner than a meal. Alot of food was wasted because there wasn't time to digest the starters.

Food was quite nice, seafood tortellini and garlic bread was delicious expected maybe mussels and a few king prawns. Wait was around an hour which was tight aside had to be somewhere. Waiting staff were very polite and efficient. Lots of things I want to try on the menu so will go back when not a holiday season. Thank you everyone for a lovely couple of hours and Merry Christmas 😊
