Booked these guys based on reviews, which were excellent, and I can see why. They scheduled me within a week of my call to fit a sink and unit in my kitchen. Paul and Carl were great. Explained everything very clearly and got on with the work with quiet competence. Now I could have got the job done a little cheaper but these guys left everything spotless, took the old unit away, replaced my stiff stop tap and then proceeded to precisely cut and fit the adjacent worktop. Wow, you get what you pay for and then some. A follow up call a week later to ask if I was happy and a well maintained shop front indicates a business that takes pride in what they do. I can't recommend these guys more highly.

My 10 year old boiler stopped supplying hot water. Very soon after I called (on a Saturday ) a chap came round to look at it and identified the fault, gave me my options for repair or replacement, and then got the part straight after a Bank Holiday and fitted it very quickly. Very straightforward to deal with.

The plumbers arrived on time, put down a covering on my carpets and took away the rubbish, they were friendly and made me feel at ease while they got on with their work.

I use SP Taylor for my annual boiler service which is carried out at a fixed price that hasn't changed for years. Also, they recently replaced a broken toilet flush handle and fitted a replacement kitchen tap, and came out quickly to reconnect the gas supply to our boiler and carry out safety checks following a smell of gas during some very cold weather. This was despite having their own issues on the day in question.
