Unexpectedly my shower stopped working .new shower was needed. Of several messages left for plumbers sp Taylor responded the same day

Contacted Stuart during the Christmas holidays because of a leak from pipework and joints to a new toilet. Despite being on holiday he organised a member of his team to help us and am delighted with the results as now have a working toilet. Excellent service and value for money. Actually replied to text messages which is a rarity and then came out pretty quickly to sort leaking stopcock. Gave options, including free option if simply turning the tap fixed it! Price was ok, and I was happy to pay it with the speed of call out. Also helped with with o ring for leaking tap outside free of charge. Would not hesitate to use again.

SP Taylor carried out my annual boiler service having also recently carried out a repair. The repair was done quickly, on time and on budget. There was a delay to the boiler service though, as the engineer was delayed on another job, but I was advised of this at the time. However, due to a communication breakdown, I was not advised of the fact that the engineer would not be coming. This was chased up the next day and I received an apology with a new appointment time for later that day. This appointment was kept and the was service carried out efficiently.

I chose SP Taylor to install a new shower unit. The only downside I experienced was that I had to wait a few weeks until they could fit me in, but that goes to show they must be doing something right. Some other companies never even called me back. I was given a time and quote for the job. They came when promised, calling me before they arrived. They worked hard and got the job done quickly.They were courteous, and worked neatly, cleaning up as they went along. They kept us updated on the progress of the job as they were doing it. The workmanship was of a much higher standard than that done by previous plumbers, also the units fitted were more robust and of a higher quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I want any other work doing in future.

We have used SP Taylor several times they have taken radiators off while we had plastering done and then put them back, we have our fire and boiler serviced by them and last week I needed my cooker taking out and a new one put back .
The guys who have done this work have been excellent, turn up on time and are polite and efficient.

We always use Stuart and his team as our ‘go to ‘ plumbers ! They are quick to respond to our requests (both urgent and not so urgent). All the lads are polite and keep us up to date with their progress. Most importantly, the work is always professionally completed with everything left neat and tidy before they leave site.

We had been trying to get a local plumber to come & do a few plumbing jobs but never got called back. I pass S P Taylor's shop every day so decided to give them a try after also looking at their website, which is very clear & gives a good indication of prices. Stuart came took photos & sent quote via email. I have now had them twice as one of the jobs could not be completed first time around & Stuart did reduce cost of first job because of this. Very friendly plumbers, arrived at time given & would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Booked these guys based on reviews, which were excellent, and I can see why. They scheduled me within a week of my call to fit a sink and unit in my kitchen. Paul and Carl were great. Explained everything very clearly and got on with the work with quiet competence. Now I could have got the job done a little cheaper but these guys left everything spotless, took the old unit away, replaced my stiff stop tap and then proceeded to precisely cut and fit the adjacent worktop. Wow, you get what you pay for and then some. A follow up call a week later to ask if I was happy and a well maintained shop front indicates a business that takes pride in what they do. I can't recommend these guys more highly.
