My 10 year old boiler stopped supplying hot water. Very soon after I called (on a Saturday ) a chap came round to look at it and identified the fault, gave me my options for repair or replacement, and then got the part straight after a Bank Holiday and fitted it very quickly. Very straightforward to deal with.

Just had my new boiler fitted today. Engineers arrived as agreed. Very polite. Worked without making a mess of my home as put protection on floors to stop any footprints around the house. Very pleased with the work done.

Used S.P.Taylors to fit a new boiler and bathroom in my new house in the Great Barr area, they were very quick in seeing me and fit the work in quickly even in the run-up to Christmas. The team were very friendly and kept in constant communication with me over the work giving me updates as I wasn't living in the house at the time. The work was done to the highest quality, and they were very helpful in giving advise to make the most out of a small bathroom. everything was finished in good time and they cleaned up well after themselves. I'm very happy with the finished product and everything looks great. Would highly recommend!!

I use SP Taylor for my annual boiler service which is carried out at a fixed price that hasn't changed for years. Also, they recently replaced a broken toilet flush handle and fitted a replacement kitchen tap, and came out quickly to reconnect the gas supply to our boiler and carry out safety checks following a smell of gas during some very cold weather. This was despite having their own issues on the day in question.
