I had a really lovely experience thanks to Shannon. She was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always making sure I had everything I needed and even bringing my drinks over for me. Every time we looked at each other, she had a smile on her face, which made me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. Her warm and friendly attitude really stood out and made the whole experience so much better. Shannon is a credit to the team and deserves recognition for the way she looks after customers!

We had our daughter’s 4th birthday party here and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! 🎉
The soft play area was lovely and clean, and the kids absolutely loved it. There was so much for them to do, which kept them entertained throughout the party. The party rooms were also clean, bright and beautifully set up, with balloon arches and lights already included. We also had the option to bring our own decorations, which was a really nice touch and gave us the flexibility to choose our own theme.
All the staff were lovely and very welcoming to us and our guests. A special mention has to go to our party host, Sam, who was absolutely fantastic. She was so professional, attentive and organised, and took care of everything throughout the party. We were impressed with how seriously allergies were taken, ensuring safe food preparation and allergen checks when choosing food options. All of this meant I could actually relax and enjoy my daughter’s birthday with our guests rather than worrying about the running of the party.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic venue for a children’s party. Thank you for making our daughter’s 4th birthday so special! 💕🎂

Great venue for young kids to burn off excess energy. Kids bday parties go down a treat too.
Look out for summer or holiday specials were you can reduce the cost with a unlimited access package.

We attended an after-hours private party at Little Hooligans in Walsall and had such a fantastic experience! Phoebe and Bev were absolutely amazing- so friendly, helpful and made everything run smoothly.
The kids had a brilliant time and were full blast from start to finish! Safe to say they had the best evening and by the end of it were definitely ready for bed! 😄

I had my son’s 2nd birthday here and let me tell you, it was amazing! The service was smooth, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the place was clean and the new reno in the party room was great, there was soo much space! The kids were happy with the food and really enjoyed the soft play, I couldn’t fault them at all!

I came here for a party with my 2 daughters last weekend (forgot to review) and was so impressed with the service I received from the staff (Bonne & Phoebe). Both served with a smile and were very easy to have a chat with. My daughters also enjoyed themselves with the all the play space available. I will definitely be returning again and highly recommend hosting other parties here if you’re looking for some where good to host.

I hired out the venue for my son’s 5th birthday party and it was 100% worth it. Massive shout out to Bev and Kerry who went absolutely above and beyond from start to finish, the customer service from both of them was impeccable. They helped decorate, serve and was all round friendly and so so helpful. I will definitely be having another party for my kids and will be requesting both of them especially to host again. They made the party really special and couldn’t have done it without their help! Thank you both again so much. Recognition where it’s deserved :)

We booked Little Hooligans for my sons 6th Birthday at 6:30pm on Saturday 17th Jan. We had the whole venue, all we had to do was provide food and take the rubbish home. Bonnie and Bev couldn't have been anymore helpful. They set up everything for us, helped with putting our food out, did all the announcements for food/cake and put some music on. For a socially awkward Mum this was heaven! We bought our own bin bags and they collected all the rubbish for us. They have a couple of trolleys for us to take stuff into/out the venue in the lift. Basically all we had to do was turn up 😂 Bonnie even cut the cake and portioned it up for us!
The venue was clean (as usual-we've been a few times), the space is great and all the kids enjoyed the party. Bonnie and Bev are stars and a credit to Little Hooligans. Would 100% recommend, 10/10. Thanks again!

Had my sons exclusive party here 2023 and my daughters 3rd yesterday (jan 2026) Kerry & Bonnie were absolutely amazing! All the guests said they were polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed and very welcoming! Our favourite soft play! The ladies were extremely helpful and made my day less stressful. Thankyou little hooligans! ❤️

Booked a party for my daughter. I must say I was very happy. The ladies went above and beyond and especially a lady called Sam who was looking after us throughout. Even down to cutting my cake and wrapping with my personalised stickers taking the stress away from me. Thankyou. Food was lovely and all my guests to the party praised the quality of food provided in the package.

Such a lovely place with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are amazing and very helpful—especially Bev, who is an absolute star! She is attentive, customer-focused, and has excellent sales skills. Even the toilets are spotless and well maintained. Truly a great experience!
