We recently hosted a community Eid party at Little Hooligans and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The venue itself is bright, welcoming, and — most importantly — immaculately clean. Compared to other soft play centres, you can really tell they take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and creating a safe, fun environment for both kids and parents.
The party rooms were spacious, spotless, and perfect for our event. The manager was absolutely amazing, and every single member of staff was helpful, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly.
We’ll definitely be using Little Hooligans again for future events. A huge thank you to the entire team for helping make our Eid celebration so special!

Great customers service very very polite staff great easer egg hunt for our nephew to take part in and we had so much support. Very kind at the end always offer support and if you can’t find any Easter items Easter bags are provided for free. Absolutely great place would highly recommend.

I visited Little Hooligans for the first time with my little ones and it was a fantastic experience. The kids loved the play area and the facilities were very clean. The staff member that we dealt with was so kind and patient with the kids and very helpful. We will be back!

Had my daughters 5th birthday party and Steph and Bonnie were exceptional!!! Not only have they made me and my little one feel welcomed but also helped me out a lot as I struggle with bad social anxiety 😢 I can not recommend them enough as they’ve went above and beyond for us ❤️❤️

A friend organised an event here and the staff were just fantastic. So caring and thoughtful! Great with the parents and the children. I've never been here before but after today I am looking forward to coming back. Thank you Sophia,Kerry and Zarisha!

Had our boys 4th birthday party here, the kids absolutely enjoyed it and loved every part.
For us though we was a little disappointed at how rushed it feels, there’s no time to welcome your party guests etc mom/dad have to go straight away to decorate the room, by the time decorating is done the meals for children are ready then it’s almost like food and desserts are rushed..
I do think it could be better by a half hour time slot in between parties if there’s parties back to back.
Other than feeling abit rushed, food was great, host was fine. Probably wouldn’t book a party again though if I’m honest unless time scheduling was to be changed as I barely got time for our guests or to see my child playing with his family and friends.

Had my son’s first birthday here as we wanted something for all ages to enjoy and something relaxed, the service and treatment was amazing ! The 3 girls who worked our party went above and beyond and made me feel super relaxed and we had a great time ! Allergies were taken seriously and considered with the food so that made things a lot easier for us ☺️ 10/10 would recommend to visit or for a party ! It’s very clean for a soft play and staff are super helpful x

Fantastic clean soft play lots of different sections to keep the children busy the best I’ve been too.
Staff are friendly especially young man on the front so helpful, staff on the floor constantly cleaning.
Food is good and fresh, good selection of drinks and desserts.

Had our 4 and 2 year olds joint party today, the place is clean and tidy, with lots of seats and space, we booked a party package for 15 kids, we got our own party section, with a member of staff called Bonnie. She was absolutely superb, nothing was too much trouble! A real credit to the business.The price of the package was be very good, I couldn’t be happier! This soft play venue is truly a hidden gem. I have been taking a group of children with severe and complex needs there for several weeks, that speaks volumes about the quality of the experience. The staff's outstanding efforts in being helpful, welcoming, and engaging with the children is commendable. Furthermore, the clean, bright, and spacious facilities undoubtedly contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment. Such dedication to providing an inclusive and enriching experience is truly admirable.

Had my nieces party here tonight , exclusive hire. And it was Brilliant, Bonnie and Kerry were very polite and helpful. And made sure we all had a nice night, we’ve been before but never had a party, but we will definitely be having more now. Thanks guys

Bonnie hosted our child's party today and she is an absolute credit to this establishment. There were a few hiccups which were no fault of her own yet she took it all in her stride and aced everything. All round pleasant host and I cannot wait to bring our little one back again.
