Took my five year old son here for the first time today and I have to say it's one of the best soft plays we've been to and I've been to a lot 😆! Clean, friendly staff, antibacterial socks and lots of fun to be had. We will be visiting again very soon. Highly recommended.

Received a very warm welcome from the staff, which is great when you’re not local or if you’ve never been before. There is something for everyone, including a mini football pitch and go kart. It’s definitely well worth the money. Plus there’s plenty of food and drink to choose from. Will be visiting again if we’re in the area.

Wow wow wow guys you absolutely smashed the Christmas pj party tonight!! The energy, the vibe, the love and effort you put into it was outstanding! By far the best soft play for my toddlers. I have three children with SEN and this place is perfect for them. It’s a lovely calm environment with a lovely little sensory room to help calm my children when it all gets abit much. It was my twins birthday yesterday and Bev and Chloe went above and beyond to make their day special. I have been going here for over 4 year and the ladies customer service and friendliness is unmatched. Bev is a diamond, always greets with a warm welcome and will go above and beyond to help. Thank you to all at little hooligans!

Went to Little Hooligans as other venue we’d planned to visit was unexpectedly closed.<br>Definitely a good thing. Place was clean, young lady was tidying tables, another lady taking food/drink orders was very pleasant and helpful even though she was run ragged. Definitely another member of staff needed along with the 3 I saw. It was half term and naturally busy.<br>I don’t live in the area so relied on google maps directions to arrive by car, this was not helpful though as you cannot park at the venue, we eventually figured out we had to park at the local Asda where no lifts were working.

We had a party here for our son's 5th birthday and the staff were great. They were very attentive and made an effort to make sure the day went to plan. We enjoy going there generally because its cleaner than most and the party space is ample for little kids. Also wanted to say a huge thank you to Kerry who was the party host and my right hand. She went above and beyond to make sure our son had the best party. She was very organised, friendly with the kids and adults and was always on hand to help with whatever we needed. We would definitely recommend little hooligans for parties and will be booking one in future for our younger child.<br>Thanks team!

Had our daughters birthday here with the exclusive hire option! It was just as I had imagined I just wish we had longer! Holly and Kelly were great hosts, they helped from beginning to end and they were so lovely. They didn't try and takeover they allowed me to have everything as I wanted and were always at hand to help. Our daughter and our guests loved every second of it even the grown ups. The venue was very clean. Big thank you to Kelly and Holly! You'll be seeing us again.

We held out nephew’s birthday party there, Bev and Chloe were amazing, were willing to help with anything we needed and even saved the day by providing candles after we had forgot ours. Would definitely recommend every time! Thank you to Bev and Chloe once again for everything - truly a credit to the Little Hooligan team.

Took grandson here today, its OK. Lot of space available to sit, play area is good but for the space available could be better. Price and time available to play is good, sadly you have to buy socks to enter though. This makes the visit more expensive to some of us who are already on a tight budget, especially when you want a drink each as well. Nice place but been to cheaper and better place elsewhere.<br>Also no sandwiches for kids, to say it's a play centre, so more expense on food.<br>We came here to try a different place than our regular place in Brownhills. I think we stick to what we know and go back there.

Clean and large soft play.<br><br>Separate small area for toddlers with slide and ball pit, even a sensory area with a few lights in the dark for babies. Would go back.<br><br>Food isn’t great or healthy, no healthy options all deep fried. A little awkward to get to, as it’s in the middle of the shopping centre, so no parking outside.

The kids really enjoyed the party package we got and were well looked after throughout. Very hospitable hosting by the staff at Little Hooligans Soft Play Centre who made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommended for all looking to arrange a children's party!

Second time visiting, amazing place and for a soft play it’s not overly loud or busy which is great. Massive shout out and thank you to Beth (or Bev) who was absolutely brilliant such a massive help, went above and beyond! Gave £1 out of her own pocket for my daughter to go on the car as we only had card! Helped cater to allergy needs in regards to food and when I forgot a drink she made sure I got it! Superstar who deserves recognition!
