Excellent experience here, used for an exclusive hire for a 5th birthday party. Able to get in at just after 6 to set up and had full use of the soft play till 8:30. Staff very helpful and polite, assisted with announcements for cutting the cake, singing happy birthday and opening the buffet. Hot and cold drinks available to purchase throughout the hire. Facility very clean and tidy, would 100% recommended.

We have been coming to Little Hooligans for a while now. Got to say Bev I believe her name was, is always helpful, kind and goes out of her way to ensure our experience is enjoyable and as stress free as possible. She is a credit to her employer.

Well placed location within Walsall. Clean, fun and exciting soft play. Staff go above and beyond. There's a cafe attached to the soft play. Excellent staff, especially the lady who manages the cafe.

I had my daughter's 6th birthday party here. It was well organised and staff were very quick to react to any requests or issues. It is a well-run team. I would like to personally thank Chloe, who looked after us with 18 kids and their parents. She took everything in her stride and made the event run smoothly. All the staff were great to be honest. The venue is clean and safe. Thank you all for making my daughter's party extra special. We were using this venue for the first time; we certainly will be back here again!

We've been visiting this place with the kids for years. Had so many birthday parties for our or friends kids there, and all of them were amazing.

The kids enjoyed their time their however I had to remove my 1 year old from the ball pit as there were older children in there throwing balls and in general for the baby play area being quite rough , also we went toward the end of the day 4pm it states that they shut at 6pm which is fine but by 5.25 (if not earlier ) they had begun stacking the chairs and getting the hoover out to begin cleaning , now I’m all for the cleaning part but if the staff go home for 6pm then close the play centre earlier as we felt really uncomfortable and unwelcomed by 5.30 and felt obliged to leave as they made it noted that they wanted people to leave , for how much we payed for a family of 5 on top of the socks we have to buy for us all and the price of snacks and drinks as we can’t take our own I found it quite rude .

Lovely toddler session today at Little Hooligans on World book day. Not only is the soft play clean and the staff friendly, its great value for money (little one gets a lunch box and adult gets a hot drink included in the price). The staff really went the extra mile today with the craft session for World book day, with a tea party with a tiger, salad caterpillars and going on a bear hunt (including a certificate too!). Aswell as room on the broom being read with such passion at story time. My little one loved it all. Thanks to all the staff.

My kids absolutely love this place ❤️ It's nice and clean and staff is always very welcome and friendly. Their Halloween and Christmas decorations and activities are brilliant!!! Definitely recommend this place 👍

This is my favourite place to take my 2 and 4 year old!
I think the mid week offers are fantastic especially the morning ones with messy play etc! And to have a meal included for the kids is fab! The food is amazing as well which is a bonus!

And yes you have to buy socks but they are reusable up to 10 times! But for health and safety it's worth it when other venues don't provide this protection for yourselves and there equipment!

2nd time we’ve visited and I must say it’s a lot cleaner than our other local one in West Bromwich. We’re happy to sit down and let the little one run around as you can clearly see them playing. Staff are nice and polite. We like the idea of having to wear their anti-bac socks (although do you get some parents who go in the play areas without them on BUT they do remind parents about this over the loud speaker if they see someone not following rules). Makes you realise they care about cleanliness. First time we had food there and it was actually really decent. Didn’t expect the burgers to be the size they were. Toilets are clean. Like the idea that you can’t just have anyone walk in. They have to buzz you in. Great place for the kids! Little one loves it!

Always bring my children here. Our go to destination. Fun for all the family. Lots of seating, really nice and clean equipment. The staff are so welcoming and friendly! The kids love it so much decided to book a party package! Definitely recommend this, all the children had so much fun! good variety of food even for those fussy eaters. The packages are priced reasonably different ones to suit ur budget and really took the hassle out of organising a party!

Amazing experience as always, clean, bright and colourful, lots of sensory areas. We love the fantastic Christmas decorations. Keep it up guys, been coming 3 years and standard's are just as high if not higher now.

This is by far the best and cleanest soft play. I often travel from Birmingham to use this soft play. Today they put on a Halloween special. They had pumpkin painting and face painting for free. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The good is also lovely.
