We booked Little Hooligans for my sons 6th Birthday at 6:30pm on Saturday 17th Jan. We had the whole venue, all we had to do was provide food and take the rubbish home. Bonnie and Bev couldn't have been anymore helpful. They set up everything for us, helped with putting our food out, did all the announcements for food/cake and put some music on. For a socially awkward Mum this was heaven! We bought our own bin bags and they collected all the rubbish for us. They have a couple of trolleys for us to take stuff into/out the venue in the lift. Basically all we had to do was turn up š Bonnie even cut the cake and portioned it up for us!
The venue was clean (as usual-we've been a few times), the space is great and all the kids enjoyed the party. Bonnie and Bev are stars and a credit to Little Hooligans. Would 100% recommend, 10/10. Thanks again!

Had my sons exclusive party here 2023 and my daughters 3rd yesterday (jan 2026) Kerry & Bonnie were absolutely amazing! All the guests said they were polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed and very welcoming! Our favourite soft play! The ladies were extremely helpful and made my day less stressful. I came here yesterday and honestly was so impressed. I was served by Bonnie and she was lovely. She made my little brotherās birthday special and one to remember for him. So thank you the kids had a brilliant time and I highly recommend.

Booked a party for my daughter. I must say I was very happy. The ladies went above and beyond and especially a lady called Sam who was looking after us throughout. Even down to cutting my cake and wrapping with my personalised stickers taking the stress away from me. Thankyou. Food was lovely and all my guests to the party praised the quality of food provided in the package.
Would definitely recommend if you want a stress free experience. Thanks so much for helping my girls day special, she had an amazing time.

Such a lovely place with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are amazing and very helpfulāespecially Bev, who is an absolute star! She is attentive, customer-focused, and has excellent sales skills. Even the toilets are spotless and well maintained. Truly a great experience!

Lovely place. However, would be good if the babies section was closed off so they don't just walk off as its hard to keep stopping them. The sensory room needs more things. Other then that lovely

I hired out Little Hooligans exclusively for my daughter's 8th birthday party recently. My daughter is autistic and has learning difficulties and global development delay. She invited her school friends, most of whom also have additional needs. From the initial contact with Little Hooligans, I was reassured that they would do everything they could so that the kids had a great time. The two members of staff who helped out at the party were absolutely fantastic. Nothing phased them. They helped me to add decorations, move tables, cut the cake and hand out party bags. Brilliant party from start to finish.

Held a party here this evening, i always loved this soft play from just attending a normal day session but after hiring it exclusive for my sonās party i love it even more. The staff Bev & Steph were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. The kids had an amazing time and was just the perfect environment for our celebrations! 100/10! We will always be back.

Booked a party package for my daughter's birthday - staff were very helpful in the lead up to the event. And although kids food came out late, they let us stay on for extra time to make up for it. Venue and facilities were clean and staff did an excellent job looking after us - thank you. As mentioned by other reviewers the 2hr time slot can feel very rushed so that's the only thing I'd change.

The kids had a blast exploring all the equipment ā from the big slide and trampoline to the go-karts and various play areas, there was so much to keep them entertained. It was lovely to see so many other children playing too ā it really shows how popular and well-loved this soft play is.
The food was another highlight ā hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The kids even got to enjoy a pudding, and the selection of donuts was a big hit! They absolutely loved them.
We ended up staying for hours because the kids just didnāt want to leave. Would definitely recommend to other families looking for a clean, fun, and friendly soft play experience. Weāll definitely be back!

We recently hosted a community Eid party at Little Hooligans and I honestly couldnāt recommend them enough! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The venue itself is bright, welcoming, and ā most importantly ā immaculately clean. Compared to other soft play centres, you can really tell they take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and creating a safe, fun environment for both kids and parents.
The party rooms were spacious, spotless, and perfect for our event. The manager was absolutely amazing, and every single member of staff was helpful, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly.
Weāll definitely be using Little Hooligans again for future events. A huge thank you to the entire team for helping make our Eid celebration so special!

Great customers service very very polite staff great easer egg hunt for our nephew to take part in and we had so much support. Very kind at the end always offer support and if you canāt find any Easter items Easter bags are provided for free. Absolutely great place would highly recommend.

I visited Little Hooligans for the first time with my little ones and it was a fantastic experience. The kids loved the play area and the facilities were very clean. The staff member that we dealt with was so kind and patient with the kids and very helpful. We will be back!
