I had my automatic transmission serviced at Fitch Autos for about half the price quoted by the Mercedes Benz garage in my area. The difference in the transmission’s performance was noticeable right after the service. The customer service was excellent, friendly, professional, and efficient. The courtesy car was arranged quickly and without any hassle. I’d definitely recommend Fitch Autos to anyone looking for quality service at a fair price.

Having used a local service company for years I was shocked with the report I received from Fitch Autos! Apart from the sensor issues identified there was a whole list of further issues which had not been picked up or adhered to in line with Mercedes recommendations!
Due to this the final bill was a little more than what I expected!
However, the ladies on reception made up for it with their very positive approach and customer service. Interest free options to pay the balance, courtesy car and loyalty points all helped ease the pain! I will be back but hopefully not too soon. Signed Arron 😀

I have had a very positive experience when using Fitch Autos for a recent service on my Range Rover. I would firstly like to begin by saying that the ladies on the reception desk have been so kind, compassionate and fabulous! They clearly care about customer service. Communication was excellent and I was consulted on any work before it was carried out.
Although unexpected repairs can be expensive, I know that my Range Rover is now in the very best mechanical condition it can be for its age and mileage. There will always be a garage that can do it “cheaper”. However, my mind is at peace knowing you get what you pay for. In this case, thoroughness, high-quality workmanship and a genuine passion for ensuring the safety of you and your vehicle.
The flexible payment options were also really helpful considering the unexpected costs just after getting married! The loyalty point scheme is also a nice additional bonus. Considering the cost of my repairs, I have lots of points to use on future services! A nice silver lining.
I will definitely be booking in for MOTs and future services.

"This is a very friendly and efficient company. I was kept informed of progress on my car at all times. I had the use of a courtesy car all the time. They managed to fix 2 problems with the car, which mainstream Jaguar dealers denied existed. The fact that the main problem took months to fix was down to current supply problems with Jaguar. I highly recommend this company."

was generally happy with the repair however when i went to collect my car, i asked if i can check my dashboard lights before making payment. the lady at the desk refused saying that payment had to be made first. basically meaning that i couldn't check what i was paying for before paying - this is ridiculous - they need to show us that the car has been fixed before requesting payment

Got my car in short notice and the repair was completed at the end of the day.
I was very happy that they did a six month payment plan interest free which made my life easier.

Had a DCT gearbox fault on my M4. To which they recommended me doing a service on it first, before I decide to replace the gearbox itself, as it may fix the issue I was having. Upon doing the gearbox service they noticed my transmission oil cooler was leaking a lot of oil. To which they advise me to replace alongside doing the gearbox service. Car is now driving fantastic with 0 issues with the gearbox. This company saved me thousands on repairs. Great trustworthy company and the office staff are also so friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company for your car needs.

I am so glad I found this garage. I was desperately trying to find a garage that could fit me in asap for a service on my Range Rover Evoque before setting off to the EU. These guys did an amazing job with a fast turn around and I’m so grateful. 🙏🏼 they are also very friendly…highly recommend 💯
