We had an evening time blocked sewer emergency, with water backing up into sinks and toilets. Spoke to a friendly advisor who confirmed that they could get someone to us in about an hour. Engineer promptly arrived 45 minutes later, then gave us a no obligation quote to check everything by camera to find blockage and clear with high pressure jet. Cannot say enough good about Simon who politely and professionally got on with it and sorted the issue out. Top chap and very reasonable price for sorting a dire emergency at short notice!

Rang Drain Doctor on Monday afternoon - workman arrived here next morning, with the replacement shower part sourced, and work completed quickly & cleanly.

Drain Doctor was recommended to me by my plumber as we had a blocked toilet in a house we rent out.<br>The engineer Dave turned up as agreed , having telephoned before to confirm his time of arrival.<br>He was friendly, helpful and professional- he fixed the blocked toilet very quickly. He then put a camera up the downpipe to double check it was all clear and he found a 2nd blockage which he quickly fixed.<br>I was happy with the cost for the level of care and attention taken and would definitely use them again.
