Drain Doctor were responsive from my first call. The plumber attended my rental property to assess and quote. He was really polite and explained clearly to my tenant and myself derails and time frame. The job was completed when stated. Communication was great 👍 really pleased would definitely recommend.

Made a call to drain doctors Walsall on a Wednesday morning brilliant service workman was out next morning and got the drain blockage sorted within half an hour left no mess and kept me informed about what he needed to do

I’ve had intermittent and, more recently, frequent issues with the toilet not flushing waste away. Drain Doctor has been responsive and effective in sorting out a longer term solution. People at the end of the telephone and engineers have been pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Very professional job and completed with the minimum of fuss, engineer was helpful and polite. I didn’t expect to get the job done on a Sunday afternoon and it was a huge relief to get the blockage in my soil pipe removed which was forcing raw sewage up through my drain into the utility. The communication was first class keeping me informed as to when the job was scheduled and confirmed. No call out fee either so it was up to me to decide if I wanted to go ahead after the engineer gave a quote after his assessment of the work to be done.

Drain was blocked outside by side of house.called drain doctor, came out next morning as I had called late in the evening. Lady on phone was very sympathetic and kind her name was hayley. Engineer came out today first thing. Very understanding explained what problem was and v explained cost. Exp l ained aftercare and was a very good guy. Thankyou drain doctor
