Excellent service from start to finish. Got through to someone out of hours and was given the earliest possible time for an engineer to attend the following day, The engineer attended even earlier, quickly discovered the blockage issue and solved it. Customer service was fantastic and we were kept informed at every step. Highly recommended!

Drain Doctor sent Jake and Paul out to me over a blocked drain and I cannot praise them enough,They were professional,polite and extremely friendly,They unblocked my drain in no time and inspected my pipes too,Fantastic company and 2 fantastic engineers who know how to do a great job,I would recommend this company to anyone.

The work was carried out in a satisfactory manner. and the blockage was cleared. However I thought the price of £261.60 was really quite exorbitant as the operative was only on site for about 20 minutes, and the company advertises that their prices are fair and reasonable. Also the operative said that the company would send the report and the pictures by e-mail and I am still waiting. They were quick enough to ask for a review.

Easy to book in and get a appointment. Then on the day great work from Bez! Clear quote on what he was going to do. Work was carried out quickly and professionlay. Got to see result of camera investigation so we could view the drain was cleared and the potential cause of the blockage.

Jake came out to us soon after we called, located the source of the problem between drains in the garden. Provided a good & fair price for the work required.
He completed the work and got us back to normal in no time.

Phone call made regarding blocked kitcken outside drain. Richard attended the next day as agreed with the call taker. He Viewed the issue with the drain and and stated how much it would cost. The price was agreed and the drain was clear within 25 minutes and the slight mess from the drain was also cleaned up.

Logan came out on an emergency call in the dark having been sent by a colleague.
He persevered with the problem as he was concerned he wouldn’t be able to clear the block but after several attempts he had success.
At every point of the process Logan explained what he was doing in clear and understanding manor.

The engineer arrived and was very polite and friendly. He assessed the situation and gave a quote which we were happy with and set to in solving the issue, which he did with no drama's. I would have no problem in recommending Drain Doctors to anyone with issues. Very professional with good advice!

Following a Christmas Day loo blockage we had Drain Doctor (Logan was their chap) who attended and cleared the initial blockage for us. Checks revealed a major problem with tree roots having grown into the pipework and mains drain. A further callout was needed - with specialist equipment required to sort the heavily matted roots. Logan again attended and carefully sorted the root issue for us. Whilst the job was not a cheap one - the price quoted was around what we had expected for this type of work - they actually quoted the likely 'maximum' for the job. As they didn't have to undertake one element of the clearance during the second visit they did in fact charge us less than the original quote so that made a refreshing change. Normally companies would try the reverse - give a quote and then 'have to add on' for extra - whereas the Drain Doctor team gave us the worst case scenario but ultimately charged less. Overall we were really impressed. They were very professional throughout, attended on time when they said, did a thorough and tidy job and then charged less than what we thought we may have to pay. Would certainly recommend.

We had a sewage blockage in our garden that had overflowed and made an huge mess. Although it was a Sunday, Ben came out to fix it, at the time we were told he would arrive. He was brilliant, he explained what needed to be done and why and got the job done in less than an hour. We would recommend Drain Doctor to anyone who has sewage problems. He also went above and beyond and even and cleaned up the area where the damage was caused. He was very polite and pleasant and we would definitely recommend his services.
