Called earlier today (Sunday) with a blocked drain coming from our bathroom, spoke to a really nice guy Steve who took all my details and talked things through with me said someone will be out shortly to sort it out for us, Jamie turned up and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. Literally don't know how he did it though, cleared loads of grit, concrete, bricks, glass, bolts, screws, nails that's clearly kept the pipe blocked for years and years and it's gradually got worse, needless to say it's all sorted now, drain as clean as a whistle and most importantly unblocked! Thanks Guys really appreciate the great service! Highly recommended!

Had to call them on a Sunday bank holiday over Christmas. They were very efficient and booked a visit the next morning. a gentleman called me at 8:30 the next morning to say he was on his way despite heavy snowfall overnight. He arrived and inspected the drain with a camera, quickly found the problem and gave me a quote for the job. It was very reasonable! He had the job done in no time. I was really pleased with the service and would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Just used service for my dad. He was well impressed with the job completed. I was kept informed of arrival time and updated on diagnosis and given accurate cost of repairs. Thorough job completed including refitting pipes and connections previously removed to access waist trap.

I called these guys after seeing them recommended on a local neighbourhood app.
Really really professional and polite engineers. They used a camera to establish the problem and used it a few times until the pipe was fully cleared. They showed me the before, during and after and in my opinion pound for pound they offered the best value service.

Richard called to confirm time of arrival and arrived on time.
Very professional and tidy. Richard dud a great job explaining what he was doing as he was working.
Richard also showed me the cleared drains with the camera. Tested drains a as well before leaving so all water running perfectly.

I have had a leaking toilet for some time now & I was waiting 4 weeks for a recommended family friend to pop over. So I gave up with that & contacted Drain Doctor. I had a Call back the same day & an engineer booked in the following day (TeeJay). He was on time & he stayed until the job was done & did not rush anything. He was a fantastic member of staff & I am very happy with the quality of work carried out. 5 Stars from all day!

We are a small cafe in Walsall and have required the services of Drain Doctor a few times now. They have given us a first class service every time. They come when they say they will usually within a couple of hours, they are very knowledgable and professional, I have been so grateful for their services. They are very reasonable charges doesn’t cost a small fortune to get professional help. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them every time we needed help with any drainage or grease trap problems. 3rd time I've used them. I still can't figure out how they manage to come within a few hours to sort out the problem. They know what they are doing. Show you the blockage on the CCTV so you know they are not making up any bogus problems. Highly recommended.
