The job was undertaken swiftly after a call out. Important repairs were made in the cellar following an inflow of water.
The engineer, Andy, was quick to identify the problem and find a solution. His communication at every stage of the work was excellent. In addition, he was sensitive to not standing on a new carpet in his work shoes!

I've used this company many times before and I'm always happy with the service they provide. Each time, a different engineer but always the same excellent standards! Had a stop tap replaced by Drain Doctor but failed within 12 months (faulty tap from screwfix). Drain Doctor replaced the faulty tap at no extra charge. I would highly recommend!

Once again drain doctor were brilliant.We had a blocked sewer pipe . They were quick to come out , effective and did a clean job. Ben who came out to us was very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend Drain doctor for any blockage issues

Absolutely Fantastic. The engineer couldn't work out why the drain wouldn't unblock. Everything he tried wasn't working but he problem solved and managed to get the drain unblocked. Really impressed with the can-do attitude. Drain is now unblocked and these guys need a pay rise. Very professional all the way.

Had a guy come called Jake from the Burntwood branch. He was such a down to earth friendly guy, very professional. He fixed my issue straight away with my drains. And explained everything in detail to me what the problem was and the work he carried out. I would definitely recommend using these guys and more so if you get Jake. Xx

Andy Jones came out on a Saturday evening to help with our blocked drain which was causing our toilet to overflow. Andy was really knowledgeable and really helpful. He was very friendly and an all round lovely guy. Thank you Andy you saved our day!

The weather wasn’t great and the drain is in a very dark space but he persisted and didn’t leave until he was sure it was fully clear. Great attitude and friendly chap.

I rang Drain Doctor Burntwood at 3pm today as we had a blocked drain. Jake came out, within the time I was told and completed the job by 5.30pm (and on a Sunday!). Throughout the job Jake kept me informed, explained what he has doing, at the end showed me what he had done and left everything clean and tidy. Jake was extremely professional and a credit to Drain Doctor. Exceptional service, thank you.

I wasted their time by initially saying 'no' when I got the quote...but then realised I need an expert to jet wash the blockage...else it's me getting changed, climbing up a ladder, onto the roof and drilling holes in the toilet drain pipe ! Dumb idea. I appologised and the gentleman (Harry) was kind enough to come back in the house and complete the job. Sorry again, and thank you sooo much.

1st time I have had a severe blockage in the main soil pipe. The call taker was very understanding, clear about pricing and arranged an urgent visit from their Engineer on Sunday Morning.
Ben, the engineer was totally professional, polite and caring. He explained what was happening and showed the cause of the blockage on his CCTV and went above and beyond to clear a blockage that was not easy to get to subsequently reinstating 2 toilets, 2 sinks and a bath. Drain Dr, thank you all so much for your professionism.
