It was a very cold afternoon when my husband and I visited Calderfields and were very pleasantly supprised by the warmth of the log cabin. The room was simply furnished, the beds comfortable and the shower room large and spacious. The heated towel rail for the bathroom is placed above the door a bit difficult to get to.
We had breakfast in a really nice dinning room overlooking the golf course, it was really good value £3.50 each and was very well presented.
Noticed while we were there that they had an offer for overnight stay + 4 course evening meal for £65 each, bargain.
We will certainly visit again.

Brought a friend for Sunday lunch and was greeted with a smile. Lunch was fantastic. The closest to home cooking I can find. Have recommended to lots of friends who have been and enjoyed their lunch.
