Amazing service! My Nintendo switch wouldn't turn on so they said they'd run diagnostics, within an hour I had a call back to explain what it was and how much. Took a week to from taking it in to having it back. Thank you, from a woman with an animal crossing obsession

Took my laptop in because it was going very slow, received phone call that afternoon to say what the problem was and how much. Very professional and within a couple of days received a phone call to say it was ready for collection. Laptop running fantastic now, would highly recommend this firm for their professionalism and clarity in dealing with the problem. Very friendly and approachable.

My gaming set up was a mess unorganised wires everywhere it was like this for some time I put out a post for help as I’m disabled and cannot do my cable management anymore. They came to the rescue. My god he done a great job really nice guy too. I can’t praise them enough.

I am giving them 5stars plus, being 81 and not computer literate they ( Will) was brilliant in explaining what he was going to do and getting back an app that I was having trouble remembering the password. You don't often get young people having the patience with the older generation but Will was brilliant. Highly recommend SMS PC.

I cannot recommend SMS enough. After my son requested a gaming pc for Christmas I did not have a clue where to start and as I use Will for work I thought he was the best person to ask. He explained it so clearly and suggested the best options, we then decided to purchase a PC that had been built by them (Luke) with options to upgrade as and when we want to. We are so glad we did, the pc is perfect and I have a very happy son. They explain things so clearly, are very friendly and I have already recommended them to friends and family as the go to for any pc or mobile requirements.

Reached out to Will to help me resolve issues with my home network. He visited me at home and discussed the options of either using existing equipment or upgrading. He managed the process from obtaining the hardware to installation and we now have wifi all over the house. Strongly recommend SMS PC & iPhone Repair.

Superb and friendly service from these guys. I needed a replacement PC monitor to help me out of a fix after mine packed up unexpectedly. I put a request out on one of the local freecycle pages and Will came back with the offer of a free monitor.
