My first visit to SMS Repairs, as my long standing man for 20 years no longer carries repairs unfortunately. But highly surprised with great service and Ricky was exceptional very professional, kept me up to date on the progression of work being carried out and first class service. I would highly recommend.

We don't know where we'd be without the great team at SMS, Chard. Whether it's your PC or mobile - to purchase, get fixed or be trained on - they're an incredible one-stop shop. Megan has recently helped me enormously, re upgrading my Samsung Galaxy, and also provided much needed further support with other issues I simply couldn't get my head around. Then Dan did the same for us just yesterday so "thanks so much" to them both and the rest of the SMS team. Your patience, over many years, continues to be unwavering and you're simply the best! I recently bought a new desktop computer from SMS PC & iPhone Repair and I am delighted with the advice and service I received from them. A brilliant little shop, I use my laptop for work every day and have a couple of hours where I dont use it they booked me in at that time and fixed my laptop perfectly before I needed it for work , a great service with great engineers that fixed my problem perfectly.

The most amazing service I have ever received after severe probs with my laptop and viruses. All of the staff are friendly, professional and kind. The technicians are amazing. I was recently recommended this phone shop as I moaning about having to get a new phone due to battery dying. They replaced my battery for £90, what a bargain compared to having to buy a new phone! I am going back on Monday to purchase from the shop. I hadn’t realised they did so much here. We are incredibly lucky to have them in Chard and I shall be calling in here in future before I go to Amazon. Thank you very much x
