From speaking to the lass at the front desk,very helpful,told her of my problems and left items with her.<br>Spoke to Jay then Will,who told me of cost to update my computer,gave him the ok.<br>Will rang when updated,back home i had probs setting it up,rang Will and he called in and got me going.

Went into quite a few shops to try and purchase a male / female UHD cable approximately 2 metres in length, no chance, then I remembered SMS, worth a try. No, nothing in stock but straight away they said they could get me one in, they kept me up todate with everything and very quickly another call to say its in. For what they charged it wasnt really worth their trouble but they went out of their way to sort out my problem , so for that im extremely grateful, will definitely be trying them first in future .

Wonderful service, had a range of issues with my refurbished PC. The team had it back several times, eventually replaced the RAM and did several other things, all free of charge even though it was out of warranty.<br>They are always very helpful and nice, and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Very pleased with my purchase from SMS of a refurbished computer which is proving to be ideally suited to my needs. Will, Ricky and his team are absolutely superb. I brought my PC (nicknamed FN2187) to them for some major upgrades and they built me an absolute monster! This thing eats FPS for breakfast. So much so, that I might rename it the Death Star 😂<br><br>I want to call out Will specifically for going way above and beyond. I swear to god he must've spent several hours liaising with me back and forth, answering any questions I had. His customer care is next level. I am so incredibly stoked with this build. I can't recommend the team at SMS highly enough. Bravo guys. Bravo.

Great service from initial contact to completion. We first popped into the shop with the phone to see if they could repair. We got good advice and quote there and then and they ordered a new battery. 2 days later we got a phone call saying the battery had arrived and we booked in for the repair that day which only took an hour. Absolutely no hesitation to recommend.

Fantastic team!<br>I came in with a rather tricky situation, my V tech baby monitor charger broke and I couldn’t find a replacement online for the life of me. I popped into sms and they managed to find a charger that’d work and fit right in about two weeks!<br>Would definitely recommend.

I would like to say a big thank you to will at SMS computers in chard and the staff for donating apple Fm Radio in Taunton a free laptop for there outside Events.
