Had great fun at the Doctor Who exhibition which we planned on seeing. We didn't expect the rest of the museum to be so great. It was superb

Very good museum with a series of interesting galleries featuring differing aspects of the natural and human history of Somerset. I found it interesting and manageable in the amount of information presented. Worth a visit.

We visited for the Sci Fi Saturday event which tied in with a Dr Who temporary exhibition and had a great time! A fascinating museum with plenty of great displays on the history of the Somerset area. The museum is very child friendly with accessible displays and children's activities.

An amazing place to visit, we went with our 5 grandchildren, age range from 15 months old to 7 yrs old, and their Mum's.
We spent a fabulous afternoon, packed full of entertainment and interesting artifacts and information.
We were lucky to have visited on Dinosaur week, which the older ones loved.
The cafe was very busy, but reasonably priced, with polite staff. We luckily found an outdoor table for us all
A great find by our daughter in law, and we will definitely be coming back on a regular basis.

It's mostly archaeology, military, and a Doctor Who display. The museum has been modernised, but the exhibits didn't grab my attention. There are facilities for a long stay but not necessary. I'm glad I went, but once you've been, there's nothing to make you want to return.

I visited with a primary school group. We were looked after amazingly throughout. The lady who led the educational part of our visit was exceptional. The gallery is well laid out and full of interest and learning experiences. The Doctor Who exhibit was a welcome surprise! I will definitely be back with my family at some point soon.
