Dan was amazing to deal with and we are so glad we spoke with him before rushing into anything. He took my call late on a Friday afternoon and had loads of time to talk through potential solutions. Dan was amazing helping us navigate attaching a new drain to a public sewer. It was quite daunting to make sure we got all the right approvals and Dan was excellent and taking care of the whole process and really was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Can't recommend enough!

My husband & I just had a whole new septic system installed at our cottage by the wonderful team from Below Ground Solutions Ltd; from initial visit with Dan to chat through the project, to the team of chaps (Luke, Sam, Kieran plus Jordan, for electric work) who were tasked with the job itself, we could not recommend this company more highly. The installation was smooth, completed on time and our grounds left neat & tidy (which considering the equipment used and digging involved, was no mean feat in itself!). Should also mention we thoroughly enjoyed the company of the chaps throughout the course of the week and welcomed their daily updates and final sign off on the project. A sincere thank you to all involved!

Our old septic tank no longer complied with regulations and I have contacted a number of companies. Without exception all were "difficult" with sky high quotations and often charges for the initial survey. ( a tricky job which busy companies were not keen to take on.)
Then a stumbled upon Below Ground Solutions. We got a rapid response and site visit, with a survey conducted. A quote followed a day or so later which was substantially below anything else we had received.
All the paperwork with the water companies etc were dealt with for me, which was great!
The work was scheduled and on cue the team turned up, and cracked on with the job. It took exactly the amount of time they had predicted and unforeseen problems along the way were dealt with rapidly and not allowed to hold up the process.
We even got a refund for remedial works that weren't needed.
I could not possibly recommend Below Ground Solutions highly enough. Many thanks to all the team.

The team recently repaired a broken sewer pipe under our driveway. They were extremely professional, hard working and very thorough in all aspects of the task they were assigned. They even advised that, in the unlikely event of any bricks dropping as a result of settlement, to contact the company and they would come back without hesitation.
