We had to deal with a very tricky situation replacing a septic tank and Dan went above and beyond what we could have expected. He explained all our options clearly, was prepared to meet and talk to neighbours, remained in constant contact, and kept everyone calm. Septic tanks and drainage fields were not our area of expertise - but it definitely was for Below Ground Solutions. We asked them to inspect our shared septic tank and drainage system with a view to confirming compliance with current Regs . They undertook a very thorough inspection of our system. The findings and implications were discussed with us at length to make sure we understood. We needed to apply to the Environment Agency for an increased discharge allowance . BG Solutions did all the paperwork for us and dealt with queries from the E Agency. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. The service was professional, efficient and fairly priced. The design met the demands of a complex site and was brought in at a very reasonable budget. The liaison from Dan throughout the process was exemplary and the speed of installation left our neighbours, who had appointed someone else to do a similar job for them, bemoaning the fact that their installation was taking so much time. The team who installed it were all personable and extremely good at their job, especially the foreman who oversaw it. Given the amount of earth that they dug out to install the tanks, the impact on the garden, at the end of the job, was negligible. All in all, very impressive.

Could not have hoped for a better job! Everyone involved in the project exceeded my expectations. We recently had our septic tank disconnected, and were connected to the main sewerage system. The whole process was carried out smoothly and efficiently. Dan was very helpful, clearly explaining the process, timescales etc, and responded quickly to our queries. Ben and the team who carried out the work were very friendly, efficient and considerate of our, and our neighbours' needs. They did an excellent job, including tidying up and making good after, all completed well within the timescale estimated. I would highly recommend them.

After excellent comms from Dan on dates and availability, Lee turned up exactly when he was supposed to and was extremely helpful in leading us to a better understanding of the drainage for our house. We're "off grid" for drainage and have been having problems with rainwater down pipes overflowing and needed to try and work out what the problems were. Lee went the extra mile with the investigations, getting his camera system involved, and eventually resorting to a spade! He was also very patient with all my questions! Lee was a pleasure to deal with and has come straight back with a quote to replace the "full/blocked" soakaway which he discovered. Highly recommend this company.

Below Ground Solutions have recently completed the installation of a Sewage Treatment Plant in my garden. They have done a fine job from start to finish. A thorough plan was produced and explained before work started and all questions answered to our satisfaction. The team arrived on the agreed date and completed the job in four days. Throughout they were tidy and careful of property. The final clean up was exemplary and the site reseeded as agreed. We were well pleased with the team’s skill and work ethic and I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this company for similar installation work.

Excellent experience of installation of sewerage treatment system at our house. Dan (owner) was very responsive to questions, quick to visit site and provide quote which was very competitive with others. Company managed to get all work completed within 4 weeks of us accepting the quote with great onsite team led by Dan. Team was helpful and pleasant to deal with and left site very tidy. I had photographs on the day we received the quote, to illustrate what would be done, I was shown photos of other jobs that had been completed. The team arrived as scheduled and kept me informed as they progressed with the work. They were very friendly and efficient, reported at the end of each day and explaned the plans for the following day. They tiedied up at the end of each day and cleared away when the job was finished. Brilliant! I would definitely recommend this company and its workforce.

Lee from Below Ground Solutions conducted the initial site visit to replace our septic tank with a treatment plant and it was clear that this was someone who knew their business. He was able to provide the level of confidence and assurance that is often lacking these days. When the team led by Dan arrived to commence the treatment plant installation, we were struck by their courteous and respectful manner. Throughout the works, the team worked diligently and professionally, with no let up in effort, even in the 30c heat! Their efforts to make good the ground after completion went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect and the overall result (including the new plant) was excellent.
