My mum's house has a small awkward staircase and they were able to supply and fit a really elegant solution from Royal Otto( I think that's the name)
It is a superb bit of engineering and very impressive.
The price was exactly what I was expecting but the service was just exceptional. They were happy to take time explaining it to my elderly mum and it's the biggest smile I've seen on her face since she had a fall.
I really can't thank them enough and would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.
