My dogs favourite place on earth! Great selection of natural chews and raw foods (plus toys, collars etc). The owners are wonderful and shop assistant Kevin is reason enough to visit.

We knew Sam and Lewis before they opened the shop as Sam was our beloved Harmony’s groomer. When we got Tilly we reached out to Sam, and decided to take her to the Empawrium. We’re so glad we did! It’s our one stop shop for Tills! She has an amazing experience with Sam, and enjoys her Eden Puppy Food. Her antlers and the squeezy pate are a god send. The pate is great for grooming training, especially her chin! And in her licki-mat during a mad half hour. We have a brilliant experience every time. Thanks for the patience you have with Tilly especially when trying to find her the perfect treat and for introducing us to Twiggy Tags!x

Fabulous shop - went to get a harness fitted for my nervous Mini Dachshund x Jack Russell and very pleased with it. Really helpful to have a room with a gate on it so she had her own space to herself while we fitted it. As she is nervous Lewis made adjustments while the harness was off then gave to me to put on my dog so she would feel more comfortable. Also purchased a matching collar and lead to complete the set and of course had to get some tasty treats before we left. Lewis’ recommendation of a fat filled hoof has gone down a treat - she’s still chewing it over 2 hours later!!! The shop is also very conveniently positioned for a nice walk in Sutton Park before or after a visit.

Lewis is an absolute gem. Takes time to understand the requirements of both you and your puppy. The advice given is second to none particularly with first time puppy owners. Aurora does enjoy her puppy classes and going to the shop

I have bought dog treats from Lewis previously, before Empawrium oepned and always received a first class service. The service in the shop is also top notch. I am considering moving over to raw feeding and Sam was really helpful when I bought some to try. The Empawrium stocks a huge range of natural treats, food, accessories and toys, I don't think I would shop anywhere else now for anything doggie related.

We made the journey from Leicestershire for a harness fitting as they stock Perfect Fit. After a discussion and trying on we decided on Twiggy Tags as they fitted our boys perfectly and looked great! Everyone were so friendly and welcoming, the shop is great and when we need more harnesses we won't hesitate to make the journey over again due to such a great experience, it's just a shame we don't live closer in order to pop by for treats more often!

Wonderful shop for all things dog related! The owners are super friendly and have given me excellent advice on treats, harnesses, toys and sticks. They went the extra mile to welcome our nervous dog into the shop too, by placing mats over the hard floor and tempting her in with pate (and even offered us a private "lock in" after hours if we preferred). I also love the fact that they stock a lot of ethical chews (the animal parts that aren't used by the meat industry, such as ears). Much more satisfying (and surprisingly also cheaper) than supermarket alternatives. The only warning is that some chews can be a bit smelly - but there are unsmelly options too!

Heard about Empawrium from one of my clients. Popped in to see if they had a harness small enough for my little pup. Lewis was amazing and so helpful, we came away with a perfect harness and lots of advise. He also gave me a sample of the puppy food they sell, which my pup loves, so we will be buying her food from there regular. Would highly recommend this shop.

Fantastic place, really helpful staff and extremely welcoming. I went in with my elderly spaniel with dietary requirements and not long after having a large number of teeth removed and they helped me go through all the natural healthy treats to select which would be most suitable for her. Definitely recommend and now we go back regularly.

I have been buying raw food from the Empawrium for about 3 months. The staff are helpful & knowledgable. My dog wouldn’t eat anything I gave him but after speaking to the staff they gave me lots of brilliant advice & some free samples to try. The advice worked & I was so grateful to have a dog that was eating again. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody as the friendly, knowledgable staff really go out of their way to help you. The range of products they stick are great.
