Lovely shop with a wide variety of lovely quality products. I needed a collar and lead for my puppy and got some really good advice and guidance in picking the correct one. Will definitely be back for anything I need in the future.

The team at the Empawrium are fantastic. So friendly and always happy to offer valuable advice. Sam has advised us so thoroughly about our Ralfs diet to raw food. We would not go anywhere else. We are lucky to have this gem of a pet food shop on our door step.

Such a welcoming and friendly store with a fantastic range of raw food and natural treats. They also have a good variety of enrichment toys, slow feeders and a great selection of harnesses and leads.
Having a small somewhat reactive dog, this shop is a pleasure to visit as we don’t feel shamed if he has a little outburst. The owners are very understanding and helpful, and give great advice too.
If you are looking for somewhere that sells quality products that are clearly chosen with care then this is the spot! I highly recommend!

Been using this place for many years, beforecthey moved to their current location. Always brilliant service, dog comes out looking a million Dollars. Friendly knowledgeable staff quick to offer friendly expert advice. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Dogs Paradise! There is so much selection and the owners are fabulous and will give your dog a choice of what to try. Very glad I popped in. Kili loves his Camel Chew!

Absolutely fantastic shop. Lewis and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to help. Huge selection of raw and natural pet foods and treats, toys and enrichment. Harness fitting service also provided. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for Scamps and Sushi’s needs.

Fantastic shop. What Sam and Lewis don't know about dogs isn't worth knowing. Great value and amazing range for my dog. I love to shop independent and this shop more than affirms why I do. Its got to the point where, when I tell my dog we are going to see Lewis and Sam (and not forgetting Kevin the labrador) she is as excited as going for a walk and she loves walks.

This place was recommended by a member of the public that we met in Sutton park, he had taken his dog for training and highly recommended. As we were experiencing problems with our springer spaniel and having already taken her to the vets who had recommended prebiotics, I did not feel that was a good long term solution. So we went and spoke to Sam at the shop and she was able to educate me about the quality or poor quality of the food I was feeding to my dog, she also recommended food that might resolve the issues. A week on and following the guidance my dogs poo is no longer runny and she is more happy and settled. I have stopped going to pets at home, and now pick up good quality food from here.

Absolutely amazing service!! We must of tried every coat in the shop, twice.... Nothing was too much trouble. Our dog was definitely pampered. Owners very knowledgeable, friendly and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place for all your dogs needs, it’s more than a shop! I needed help with the diet of my two overweight dachshunds , Lewis was so helpful, giving me all the support and information I needed to be able to give the right food and right amount of food per meal and my babies love it!
