Absolutely brilliant! We took our 2 year old Border Collie Holly, to the shop to be get her a new harness as she had grown out of her puppy one.
Lewis and Sam were fantastic, so many harnesses to choose from we would have struggled on our own but they made it so easy for us.
Holly is a shy, nervous dog but in a short period of time they literally had her eating out of their hands!
Lewis and Sam tried several of the harnesses on Holly, they were so proffesional and their advise was invaluable.
We settled on a lovely one and coupled it up with a training lead which is so much better than the one that we had.
We told Lewis about the problem we were having with Holly pulling on the lead and he gave us some helpful tips on how to make our walks with Holly easier and more enjoyable
Time completely ran over the closing time of the shop and they never once tried to rush us.
Lots more to the shop that just harnesses so would highly recommend a visit for all your doggy needs.

Excellent fitting service, we purchased a perfect fit harness. Also gave advice on feeding a raw diet. A first class independent pet store. Also has grooming on site.

The owners are very helpful and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Went in for long-lasting chews for my pooch with a very sensitive stomach. Purchased the recommenderabbit ears XL camel roll and plat and my pooch loved them. The camel plat Lasted about 3 days which is great for Duke. No ill effects on his tummy. Have been back 3 times since. This will be a regular place where I buy my natural dog treats from now on. Also very reasonable on pricing too. Excellent all.round experience. They also have a stall at the Sutton Coldfield market on 1st Saturday of the month.

Popped in here for some dog shampoo, and the lady who does the animal grooming was very friendly and most helpful. We will use this place all the time now we have found it. It's a little gem.

Took my pup into the shop and was instantly intrigued by the lovely smells, toys available to make him feel welcome and play, fresh water available to ensure your dogs stay hydrated! :)
Was given a thorough amount of time to answer my questions, have a think and try out harnesses/sizes!
Both Sam and Lewis were in the shop and both very kind and welcoming, never felt pressured to buy anything which can sometimes happen in raw feeding shops and had a good laugh!
There was complete honesty and transparency through both staff members and were happy to share their treats in store to welcome my Freddie and get him used to socialising.
Enjoyed the difference range of leads, collars, harnesses and all the toys! Lots of raw food and even some dry kibble! The staff weighed my pup to advise me on the right amount of food to buy and you can tell their values are really about ensuring each dog is loved and happy!

I get my raw food and treats for my dog here, owners are always kind, helpful and always offer advice if Im having any issues with my dog. Would highly recommend!

Well this plastic toy has certainly lasted longer than the many ones I've bought at double the price. My little dachshund is a git and destroys toys within minutes. Even the ones that suggest they are indestructible.
This crazy purple thing has lasted him almost one week so far and looks like it will last many more. Like you said, the eye lashes have paid the price but my dog loves it. He won't leave it alone. Brilliant product, which was a pleasant and friendly purchase.

We use Empawrium all the time to buy goodies and toys for our Irish Red Setter as well as getting her perfectly fitted with her harnesses. Every time we go Lewis and Sam are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We have also used Lewis for puppy training which has been great (though don't judge him by our dog's behaviour).

I can’t recommend this place highly enough- the shop stocks all that you need, and it’s almost a community hub for dog lovers. Then add in the training services & the grooming from Lewis and Sam, and you have a very special place… if you have a dog, go..! Especially if it’s a puppy and you need to learn the ropes.
