Empawrium is a fantastic pet store, located right by Sutton Park. Lewis and Sam are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making every visit a pleasure. They have a great selection of high-quality pet food and toys. They go above and beyond to provide helpful advice and guidance. The store is clean and well-organized. I highly recommend Empawrium to all pet owners!

Sam and Lewis are so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.Sam has been so very helpful advising me on nutrition and diet for my Greyhound, Kernow. Their personal touch to everything, the well stocked and lovely store and the care shown towards animals and their owners, really does show that they pride themselves on very high standards. During a difficult period The Empawrium provided advice, support & products to keep my two dogs happy and healthy (paws up from Kira & Max… except on wash days) 😂
At one point I wasn’t sure I could even keep them due to my health, but Sam & Lewis went above & beyond to make life a little easier until I got back on my feet. I’m soooo grateful for their kindness & genuine love, care & knowledge for all things canine; they’re humble but they really do know everything (about dogs anyway)!
Plus, they have the best meet & greet assistant I’ve ever met… Kevin 🐾

They sell raw food (& quality alternatives), natural treats, supplements, toys - they even have a harness fitting room.
Also on the premises is Hair of the Dog Grooming and Dogs Behaving Gladly - Dog Training.
All staff members are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful; always putting the best interests of the dogs first.

This pet shop is wagnificent! I thought I'd paws for a moment to express how much me and my pup love visiting here.
Lewis and the team are so lovely! On hand to offer advice, cheery faces and product recommendations.
It might be a small store but there is so much on offer. They have a wide range that they continuously add to, exploring new products and brands. All top quality! Foods, treats, toys, practical items, harnesses... everything! They have a great room for harnesses and leads. We had Lili fitted for a brilliant harness.
We did the puppy classes with Lewis as well so he's always happy to offer a tid bit of advice when we chat about Lili's progress.
Honestly, we absolutely love it here and we'll be more than happy to keep coming back again and again.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Very knowledgeable about what different breeds of dog may like. Also, my mastiff is an old girl and the shop owner suggested which treats would be suitable for her age. Highly recommend.

Sonny absolutely loves popping in after his walks on a Sunday. Lewis the owner is always helpful and has taught us a lot about keeping our pup healthy. Also Pauline is so lovely too!

I had such an amazing experience at Empawrium in Sutton Coldfield! The shop is a treasure trove of natural dog treats and food. The team, including Sam, Lewis, Mia, and the adorable shop dog Kevin, create a wonderfully warm and friendly atmosphere. Their knowledge is exceptional, and they've been incredibly supportive as we welcomed our new puppy Mia. I highly recommend their training classes and grooming facilities. The harness fit room is also top-notch. Empawrium is truly a great place for all your dog's needs!

Empawrium is absolutely unique to the area, and must visit for dog owners. They have an incredible range of products available which are all of exceptional quality following a boat load of research Sam and Lewis conduct. Initially had our two dogs groomed beautifully by Sam but sadly they are no longer with us. Now have a Cavalier KC puppy 8 months old today and have been going to the Empawrium for puppy food, grooming sessions and also attended puppy training course with Lewis (Dogs Behaving Gladly) we all enjoyed the course really helpful and met some lovely people and puppies. Sam and Lewis have been a uper helpful over food and nutrition for our puppy who has recently decided he’s a picky eater. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop and all its services to fellow dog lovers.

Excellent independent pet store with very knowledgeable owners with a great groomers on site too. They love to get to know your pet and offer advice accordingly especially as Lewis is a dog trainer and more !
