I’ve visited Empawrium 4 times now and I’m nothing short of impressed from every visit. Whether it’s helpful information on nutrition, or advice for your dogs temperament Empawrium has it all! I first visited to see what was best for my sausage dogs diet, advising a variety of raw food, oils and semi moist kibble I now use Empawrium as my main dog food shop. My dogs absolutely love their food and I’m grateful for the advice I was given! What a lovely shop, owners and of course all the lovely furry people that are there too! Thank you again 🐾

I have been visiting The Empawrium since my dog, Ruby came to us. During that time we have had so much fantastic advice from Sam and Lewis. We love visiting the shop, end up chatting for ages, and regularly stock up on raw food, chews and treats. It’s nice to know they’re high quality and really good for her. Sam also grooms Ruby and while she can be a challenge Sam’s patience is much appreciated. Thank you both so much!

Marvin, our 4 1/2 year old Saluki-lurcher X, had worn out his Perfect Fit harness, so we went to The Emprium for a new one. Although we knew what size Marvin needed, Sam took great pains to ensure the new harness fitted, er, perfectly. We went straight into the Park for zoomies and cooling down in muddy puddles. Marvin likes going to Empawrium.

The best dog shop around! The staff at The Empawrium are all so helpful, knowledgable and friendly. They never do a hard sell, and ask loads of questions to make sure they're recommending the best products for your needs and budget. I really enjoy going in for a "pick n mix" of high-quality dog treats that you can't find elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic pet shop. Always get the treats for my 4 German Shepherds from here as I know they are the best quality at a reasonable priceLewis is a wealth of information from treats to food to accessories, nothing is ever too much trouble. I cannot highly recommend The Empawrium enough.

The knowledge and enthusiasm that Sam and Lewis have is unbelievable, any issues with Devon, Cocker Spaniel, would ask Lewis advice. Fussy eater from word go, would only eat All Bran, now on raw food, loves his food now

My dog Nugget has been seeing Lewis and Sam for years. His obedience training was of a really high standard, and we learnt techniques that we’ve continued using and will do so for the rest of Nug’s life.
Similarly, Nug’s floof has been groomed regularly by Sam, who has managed, despite Nugget’s protests against grooming, to keep his fur well groomed and healthy.
Can’t recommend them enough, and despite not enjoying grooming, Nugget does enjoy the large number of treats and food on offer, even though he has no concept of money. P

As you can see, Toby really rates his experience at The Empawrium, and not just because he always comes home with a new treat to try. With his allergies there is always some new novel proteins for him to try, I spotted crocodile on the shelves today!
Sam has taken the time to give us tips and advice on how to make Toby's grooming experience less stressful for him, it must be working as he is always so excited to go to the shop.

We love going to the Empawrium!
They have a great range of different flavours of raw food! So many different, healthy dog treats!
Dog toys that are safe for my puppy who eats fabric like olive wood sticks which she loves to chew and throw around!
The staff are always welcoming and friendly, happy to help you with anything! Harness fitting, jumper fitting! Advice on what anxiety remedies I can try (for my puppy who's scared of traffic, not me!)
My puppy Enya ALWAYS gets a big fuss, which she loves and is good for socialising a dog that some people find scary (she's a Staffie Cross but some people don't realise this). Enya always feels welcome and at home!
AND I don't walk out thinking gosh how much did I spend? (Like in certain pet stores)
I can't recommend them enough!
Definitely go visit the Empawrium you won't be disappointed!
The picture of Enya in the purple jumper was Enya's winter fleece fitted by the Empawrium! She's too big for it now, so next winter she'll need a new one! The purple one can go to my Frenchie Gizmo it won't go to waste!

The team at the Empawrium are fantastic. So friendly and always happy to offer valuable advice. Sam has advised us so thoroughly about our Ralfs diet to raw food. We would not go anywhere else. We are lucky to have this gem of a pet food shop on our door step.

Having a small somewhat reactive dog, this shop is a pleasure to visit as we don’t feel shamed if he has a little outburst. The owners are very understanding and helpful, and give great advice too.
If you are looking for somewhere that sells quality products that are clearly chosen with care then this is the spot! I highly recommend!

Been using this place for many years, beforecthey moved to their current location. Always brilliant service, dog comes out looking a million Dollars. Friendly knowledgeable staff quick to offer friendly expert advice. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
