I always had such a great experience here. Sammy and Lewis are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and refreshingly straightforward, exactly what you needed when trying to make the right choices for your dog.
They take the time to explain things clearly without overcomplicating anything or pushing unnecessary products, which I really appreciate. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs and want the best for them. Our Luna absolutely loved it there.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest advice and best quality raw food.

Good priced shop good selection only thing was when I entered the shop the man instantly come from behind the counter and literally followed me round the shop within 2 foot of me at all times I was trying to look at the selection he’s standing next time me just staring saying is that all now….. I felt very uncomfortable and a little bit violated. Does he do this to everyone or just people he doesn’t like the look of ?

Wow! This place is amazing😀 I went in this morning with my staffy pup without a clue about what I wanted or needed so was hoping for some advice.
Firstly my staffy was all over the place and the team were so understanding as he's a puppy and hasn't yet learnt to control his excitement! Everyone is so friendly but most of all Lewis spent so much time with me explaining the what's and why's and showed me different selections, not at all pushy or sales orientated. I had gone in with a concern and no idea what I wanted to focus on feeding and I walked out feeling like I knew exactly what the plan was.
I've been into raw food stores before and there's a slight stereotype that because you have a staffy, you want to bulk him, so feel quite pressured and overwhelmed but not here, it is genuine advice for a healthy dog.
Definitely recommend!

Great place for all your best quality natural dog treats. A fantastic variety of top notch treats, something to suit all types of dogs... Even the fussy eaters! Massive supply of raw food and quality dry dog food too. High quality leads and harnesses with an excellent fitting service. Staff/owners super friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection of high quality dog enrichment toys too. The dogs love a visit to pick a treat or 10!

Staff were super friendly and helpful! They also had a cute dog which wanted cuddles! The prices were decent, I'm definitely coming back to purchase some more items as my pets enjoyed them.

Amazing little shop! They stock some amazing brands, it’s great having a place that I can buy a tug-e-nuff toy from in store. Lovely, friendly staff too! Definitely worth a visit :)

Moved here from a previous raw food shop nearby - quality and selection is top tier and the best pet shop I have ever been to! Staff very knowledgeable and everything is super fresh for our raw fed lab.

dachshund benson gets bored so easy and i was recommended these ovo eggs in a box , he’s not stopped playing since we got home , the noise isn’t too annoying either 😂😂😂 happy days , i’ll be back for more

Absolutely brilliant! We took our 2 year old Border Collie Holly, to the shop to be get her a new harness as she had grown out of her puppy one.
Lewis and Sam were fantastic, so many harnesses to choose from we would have struggled on our own but they made it so easy for us.
Holly is a shy, nervous dog but in a short period of time they literally had her eating out of their hands!
Lewis and Sam tried several of the harnesses on Holly, they were so proffesional and their advise was invaluable.
We settled on a lovely one and coupled it up with a training lead which is so much better than the one that we had.
We told Lewis about the problem we were having with Holly pulling on the lead and he gave us some helpful tips on how to make our walks with Holly easier and more enjoyable
Time completely ran over the closing time of the shop and they never once tried to rush us.
Lots more to the shop that just harnesses so would highly recommend a visit for all your doggy needs.

Excellent fitting service, we purchased a perfect fit harness. Also gave advice on feeding a raw diet. A first class independent pet store. Also has grooming on site.

The owners are very helpful and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Went in for long-lasting chews for my pooch with a very sensitive stomach. Purchased the recommenderabbit ears XL camel roll and plat and my pooch loved them. The camel plat Lasted about 3 days which is great for Duke. No ill effects on his tummy. Have been back 3 times since. This will be a regular place where I buy my natural dog treats from now on. Also very reasonable on pricing too. Excellent all.round experience. They also have a stall at the Sutton Coldfield market on 1st Saturday of the month.

Popped in here for some dog shampoo, and the lady who does the animal grooming was very friendly and most helpful. We will use this place all the time now we have found it. It's a little gem.
