I love this Cinema. It’s a real pleasure to visit. Art deco theme. Friendly staff serving in foyer and up in the bar. Comfy seats, recliners or foot stools. Fab!

We had a lovely experience here today. The young woman on the till was absolutely lovely and interacted with my children as well which made them feel so special as it was a surprise visit for them to watch SpongeBob. The novelty cups only came with a fizzy drink which my children don’t drink so she kindly put fruit shoot in them instead and my children were so happy! Lovely clean theatre and very comfy seats, nice and warm as well. Food prices were reasonable and popcorn was very nice and warm. Glad to have this cinema back

On Monday I went to go watch spongebob search for squarepants at the royal it was an absolute brilliant film great experience the seats were comfortable good leg room

My daughter went to see The Polar Express with her brownies group and the whole cinema had been themed for the film with staff dressed as the characters and the Grinch was there too! Lovely little cinema.

The Royal is truly a comfortable place to visit. Seating is so comfy you can relax really easy. The team are always really helpful. Always worth planning a visit on your nights out, you'll be back again and again!
They've niw included 3D which is fantastic!! Great prices too.
There is also a mystery screening on 2nd January. Nobody knows apart from the managers what it is. A brilliant idea!

It's beautiful, so comfortable. I went into the disabled screening, but I think it's ridiculous that you have stairs to go up into the cinema, and then you have to walk downstairs to get to the screening rooms.

Came to the polar express showing for Christmas, kids in pjs and hot chocolates given out before we go in. They did a fun game at the start catching snowballs and whoever caught one came to the front to spin the wheel to win a prize! Really lovely atmosphere staff were fab! After the film kids went outside and they had a snow machine, Santa and grinch lots of fun would do it again next year!!! Kids had so much fun!

I attended a Christmas screening of polar express with my family and it's was fantastic. My daughter's enjoyed every second of it and was truly brilliant event. Congratulations on a very well run and enjoyable experience
