The staff greet you upon arrival which is nice. The nachos were a disappointment. If you’re used to nachos from Odeon then I would avoid ordering from this cinema as the look of the cheese alone put me off. It isn’t warmed up and comes in those pots with the foiled lids. The cinema room was nice. Comfy sofas but not enough room to spread your legs out so a bit uncomfortable for a long movie. For some reason outside food is prohibited which is ridiculous considering their prices. I’d just go to odeon luxe. Similar ticket prices but a much better experience.

The movie theatre is not cleaned before customers come to view movies. I had popcorn all over seat and floor from previous customers! Not impressed! They need to do better if they want people to come back!

I went to the new the royal cinemas in sutton coldfield the royal at 10.40 today to see the new Superman movie with david corenswet it was absolutely 👋 👋 👋 👋 👋 i really very enjoy it that movie 💯 the staff was kind polite friendly 😀 to me i had a ice cream coffee chocolates 🍫 more coffee i was good as gold i have behave mineself i am no trouble at all thank you to all the staff for today for everything the movie Superman 😀 coffee more coffee chocolates and ice cream 🍦 emma see you all around emma 😀 birmingham kingstanding

Loved the film F1, sound was good, sifas as always very comfy. However, seemed very warm in there and at tge end a quick trip to the gents, very poorly designed. Couldn't get to tge urinal as one guy using nearest. Only floor really, not a hard fix, just better design. I'll be back

Seen three movies here now (Minecraft movie, revenge of the sith, Jurassic world) on my way to see the new how to train your dragon. Everything staff have been great it’s been tidy both upstairs and downstairs.

Great, clean, well run and classy cinema. The member we staff we spoken to after the 8:00 superman screening on the 12/7 is also a great asset to the company, talking to us about the upcoming 1 year anniversary. His enthusiasm was amazing to see. His other colleague with him was great also!

Absolutely love this cinema. Screen 3 was just perfect. Its cosy and really well kept, the seats are super comfortable and spacious, and the sound of the film was great. I couldn't fault it. What a great experience we had. Definitely going back.
The box office attendant was super welcoming too, and there was an attendant coming into the movie mid way to ( I assume ) make sure no-one was annoying anyone. ( Which there wasn't )
My only hiccup was assuming they still had the car park at the back, which made me a little late as i had to park down the road. That was basically my own fault though.

Beautiful cinema in art deco style, service was excellent, cinema seating luxurious, sound system amazing, like going to the cinema in past times but with a touch of luxury. A very pleasant experience.

Love this place ❤️ Nothing is top much trouble
I attended on Sat to see the Saltpath and as I'm.on crutches recovering from an ankle op the staff were very diligent, helpful and attentive
They helped me to my seat provided me with a foot stool carried my snacks snd were really friendly
As I was leaving their was a showing of Grease the staff were in costume and offering the whole Grease experience
Des the manager was on.the door asking those attending to sing a line from a Grease song 🎵 in order to gain entry
Fantastic experience..... just wish they were showing Nick Skelton s autobiography film Big Star 🌟
I'll defo be going back though

A real Art Deco gem in Sutton Coldfield with authentic interior and friendly staff. Good value for money too. Comfortable seats - sofas in screen 4. Great sound and picture quality and a short walk from Sutton Coldfield Station.

Absolutely brilliant evening watching Grease..great atmosphere, comfortable seating , footstools and drinks..what's not to like..brilliant idea to run old classics and other older/ niche films as well as current, really felt like an expensive night out without the theatre price tag..well done..we will be back..

Brilliant. Old school cinema. Recently refurbished and reopened in 2024 and a beautiful art deco cinema that is classy and modern and large comfortable seats. Great prices and the cinema was fab.

This place is a hidden gem. Fantastic venue for a night at the movies. Huge plush comfy seats, with footrests. A bar, snacks and friendly staff.
