We first visited the cinema a couple of months ago but our daughter had a sensory overload and wouldn't enter the screen. The manager was so understanding and tried to help us to get her to try the movie but it wasn't going to happen so he very kindly have us complimentary tickets to try another day.<br>We have just been in to use the tickets and the manager remembered us and got us booked straight in.<br>It really is such a clean and friendly cinema. The sofa seats are a great touch not only are they comfy but it allows you to comfort your child when the lights go out.<br>Can't recommend it enough 👍

Visited over Easter Half term. There was an issue with my booking , the 241 hadn't been registered. Wendy, the manager sorted it all out swiftly and reimbursed me accordingly.<br>On the day of the visit, my child had a slight viewing restriction, Wendy kindly sorted me with a booster seat . These two minor hiccups were put right thanks to Wendy and the team, we enjoyed our experience. The cinema was comfortable and cosy.....Would definitely recommend.

The Royal is such a great cinema and has been refurbished to a very high standard. Very comfy seats/sofas and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would very much recommend a visit.

Went to see the minecraft movie with the grandson the cinema very comfortable the popcorn and drinks not cheap but same as any whete else.<br>Tickets were cheap enough and friendly staff atmospere was great full of kids cheering there favorite characters

Big thanks to Steve, for making our family night out at Royal Cinema Sutton Coldfield. I booked seats not knowing the Kids wouldn't have the best view. Steve very kindly showed us a row of 4 spare seats with the very best view, we could use. Such fantastic customer service. Genuinely helpful and friendly. This is the most friendliest Cinema.I’ve been to.<br>Jaime & Des were so kind and so chatty to us.<br>We were early for the film and Steve told us the history of the cinema by the photos & paintings displayed. The customer service here was the best I’ve ever experienced which makes a change nowadays.<br>Highly recommended and the cinema rooms were spotless too which again was lovely.<br>Thank you to Steve, Jaime and Des again x<br>Tasmin & Thalia

We were watching minecraft movie and we got kicked out because we were recording but we were never told we couldnt record. We also missed 'WATER BUCKET RELEASE!'

Great cinema, the way they have tastefully renovated this place is a credit to the owners. Prices of ticket, food and drink is very reasonable. I really hope they do well and will continue to support them over the big chains!

Great Cinema, only let down is the older lady staff with Glasses. Been extremely rude on my multiple visits. Really lets down the whole cinema as all the other staff are great.<br><br>Someone had entered the screen with wrong tickets to which she then stood infront of everyone and rudely stated "WHATEVER WE WILL FIND YOU" infront of all 99% of paying legitimate customers, made my son feel really anxious. Not a good image for the overall Cinema.<br><br>Have to give 5 Stars as this is my lifelong Cinema and forever grateful its back, BUT she has to go! Ruining it completely, Royal Cinema with a Kingstanding attitude...

Lovely cinema! Clean and comfortable, with attentive helpful, pleasant staff. Steve ,are our experience even better with his friendly manner and taking the time to ask if we enjoyed our movie. Great experience would recommend to everyone.

Fantastic cinema - such good value for money (a rarity for a cinema). Really impressed with the staff - love the bar. Great for an evening out with lots of foodie choices close by. Support this little gem people, would not want to lose it!

Went this morning for seniors film showing. We were able to choose an option with subtitles which made our experience even better. Thank you for trialling subtitles. My 93 year old mum had a great time!

The cinema has been beautifully restored. Steve was very friendly and welcoming and allowed us to have a good look round all the screens before the films started. Comfy seating and lots of leg room. A luxurious experience to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommended.

The seats are sooooo comfortable and luxurious. It's very clean and tidy and the staff are friendly. The only criticism is that it is not disabled friendly, and my friend struggled to get upstairs. I know it's an old building, but this needs to be looked into. I would definitely recommend a visit.

First visit and a good experience. Really comfy seats with foot stools and bags of leg room. Pristine loos and a nice bar.. Sound a bit too loud on the trailer section but fine for the main film. Will def ho again - good programme of films and reasonably priced.

Went to see Bridget Jones film today and will definitely be going back.Seats were very comfortable,we found Steve and all the rest of the staff looked after us very well and we will be telling all our friends it's well worth going.Thanks again.

Went to watch the new Bridget Jones film last night (absolutely brilliant by the way) at the Royal Sutton Coldfield. We had a fantastic night, from walking in to a friendly smile, to the Bar upstairs being fully stocked and bar staff that couldn't do enough for us. So good infact we stayed for a couple of drinks with friends we bumped into. Keep up the good work guys 5 stars from us.
