The whole process was delt with Callum Morton, he was absolutely fantastic in dealing with everything! His professionalism, communication, knowledge and advice was first class and I couldn’t thank him and the whole team any more, they were brilliant! Excellent service from Edward Ling of Atkins Dellow. We had decided we needed to create new Wills with our old ones over 15 years old. Edward Ling took us step by step through the process, professional, very informative and able to communicate the complexities of the process (for a more complex Will) clearly so that we understood and were able to make informed decisions. We had left it late to do the process, having a desire to get the Wills sorted before a holiday. They could not have been more helpful, ending up with a personal visit to our home to allow us to sign the Wills as the most expedient and convenient for us, (not for Edward who went out of his way to accommodate us). Buying in UK when relocating from France and selling in UK
Our house purchase journey began when we were in the process of relocating from France to the UK. Once the relocation had happened, we then also needed to sell a property in the UK, completion dates for sale and purchase needing to line up in order to minimise stamp duty. Ingrid proved to be calm and very helpful during some rather complicated dealings. My wife and I needed to change our Wills and had often looked at the National Free Wills Network but were always apprehensive about using it, however we decided to use it and chose Atkins Dellow.
From my email enquiry the service from Claire Osborne was prompt, helpful and professional. Due our limited availability for a joint face to face meeting the initial meeting was a zoom call, draft copies quickly provided, amendments acknowledged and resolved quickly with final sign-off being fast and efficient.
It was a joy to deal with Claire after our previous experience with our local solicitors (Ely). We would, and have already recommended Atkins Dellows to other people, one of which I know will be making contact very soon.....!
