Excellent Service
Ingrid conducted our house sale and then the purchase of our new home, and we couldn’t be more happy with the service provided.
We were kept informed of progress at all times and received a friendly professional service at all times.
We aren’t planning another house move anytime soon , but if we did would definitely use Ingrid again!

Excellent service
Nicola helped my mother through a very emotional time after the loss of my step dad. The service was impeccable, keeping in touch about the probate process regularly and explaining things in an easy to understand manner. Nicola treated my mother with sensitivity and respect and that was just wat she needed.

A Huge Thank You
This is just a quick message to say a huge thank you to Maia Creed who helped my mother with her Will yesterday. She was incredibly professional, empathetic and put my mum at ease straight away. As someone who I would imagine is starting off in her career, she obviously has a very bright future ahead of her. Please pass this on to the relevant people involved. Thanks again.

Thanks Ingrid
My first house move for 24 years. On my own since my Wife dies 2 years ago. Ingrid was referred by my Agent and fulfilled all the reasons for the referral. Guided me through the process efficiently and with good understanding of my needs. There is also a pleasant and knowledgeable team around her so communications when smoothly. I would not hesitate to use Atkins Dellow in future, and recommend to others.

Experienced and efficient!
Nicola and her colleagues were brilliant in quickly understanding our situations when working on our wills. We were given excellent advice that enabled us to finalise the wills without any drama. We have also used the firm for conveyancing and related property work - AD came highly recommended and we haven't been disappointed - all services have been very professional delivered and in a timely and very experienced fashion - thank you!

Thank you to Tim for finalizing my matter to successful, satisfactory conclusion. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism and would most definitely recommend. Karen in the client care team was so very helpful and supportive - even telephoned me to see how I was when I was struggling. Everything about Tim & Karen was first class.

Just wonderful!
Ingrid expertly guided us through a very tricky house purchase in June. It was supposed to be a very simple and quick process, however due to the seller's solicitors being an absolute shambles, there was a lot more time and energy spent on this than any of us first anticipated. Yet throughout the entire process, Ingrid was always so patient, proactive, organised, professional, kind, and just generally the person you want on your side when you're going through a stressful house purchase! Having Ingrid as our solicitor made everything so much easier and I can't thank her, or Ashleigh in her team, enough.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Freehold Sale and Leasehold Purchase
Using Georgina for our recent sale and purchase was a great decision. Being relatively new to buying and selling property, and having not purchased a leasehold property before, Georgina took time and care in ensuring we fully understood the process and guided us throughout, keeping us updated on all progress.
Being able to speak with Georgina on the phone or via teams whenever needed took all the stress and worry out of the process. She is knowledgeable, efficient, diligent, and caring.
I have already recommended her to friends and family and would not hesitate in using Georgina again.

Excellent
We had chosen Atkins Dellow as our solicitor for a sale and purchase as they came highly recommended by our Agents already and Ingrid did not disappoint. Ingrid handled everything with skill, knowledge but also a lovely, friendly touch. We know if it were not for Ingrid’s hard work and dedication, we would not have been able to move into our new home as quickly and smoothly as we have. We will definitely recommend her to family and friends and direct any future business to her without hesitation. Thank you Ingrid!
thank you so much for all of your work and effort in this purchase. We know if it wasn’t for your dedication, we may not have moved in so quickly! If there is anywhere we’re able to leave you and the others a review, please let us know a link or where they’re preferred :)
