A thoroughly professional service
Ingrid did a great job steering us through the purchase of our new house. There were no delays on her side and she gave us very clear explanations of what we needed to do at each stage of the process. I would certainly recommend her to other house-buyers.

Despite the challenge
My respect for the calm and conscientious manner this sale was handled - despite the challenge of the buyer's rather disorganised opposite number.
Throughout the prolonged and rather frazzling process I was kept informed and up to date - every document was ready on time and so much of the stress was absorbed by my legal representative, and her attention to detail and client centered focus means I will always be recommending her and her Atkins Dellow team to everyone who asks.

Ticked every box!
It’s unusual to tick every box in a review but in this instance it was spontaneous. Tricia was professional, knowledgeable and efficient when dealing with my house purchase. Whenever a detail or problem occurred to me she already had it covered and patiently explained everything. Tricia and Emily were thoughtful, kind and friendly when I needed reassurance; and genuinely thrilled when the sale completed. I already recommend Tricia and will definitely use her services again.

Restore your faith in Solicitors
Ingrid was fantastic during the purchase of my property. She always replied in a timely fashion and pushed the sale through as quickly as possible. In my history of buying and selling properties she was unique in understanding that buying and selling is stressful. She was always respectful of the money I was spending and at no time did I feel like an afterthought in the whole process. Thank you Ingrid.

Producing simple mirror wills
Very professional and friendly service. Nicola has a great knowledge of the law and its implications with regards to a will. The turnround time on the drafts was very good. The only comment we would make is the charge. The charge for the first will does reflect the involvement and time taken. However, we had mirror wills and the time to produce the second only needed, wife changed to husband and the full name replaced on the cover, first, second and signatory pages. A charge of 25% of the cost of the first will would have been much more appropriate.

Property sale & purchase
We were quite difficult clients with an unexpected very long time delay, Georgina has been very patient and has seen us through the process with the greatest ease.
Atkins Dellow went the extra mile for us, constantly chasing on our behalf to ensure the process was as quick and as smooth as possible. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anybody needing conveyancing services.

Emily Isted
Emily ‘held my hand’ all the way through both selling and buying processes; she provided a calm, competent and reassuringly professional service - and was always accessible for any level of enquiry. I felt safe and supported in her hands. AtkinsDellow provided great customer care and high standards - and I would highly recommend both in future.
