Keep calm, ask the expert
We got ourselves in a bit of a muddle with a self build. The legalities surrounding the the land title, and the splitting of the land in two were daunting. Having spoken to several solicitor's, Georgina then put us at ease immediately with a clear and concise plan. We were delighted with the outcome and the simplicity in achieving it. Thanks Georgina.

House Sale & Purchase - EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE!
Georgina was superb in the handling of the sale of our existing home and purchase of our “new build” property.
We were moving from our family home of 23 years to our new house having just retired and looking forward to the next exciting chapter of our lives.
Whilst all moves are stressful, Georgina provided reassurance and a very professional friendly approach in dealing with all aspects of the process.
Both my wife and I were delighted with our experience and would have no hesitation in recommending both Georgina and Atkins Dellow.

Exceptional service.
We specifically wanted to work with Atlins Dellow so we could work with Kate Barker again. We were so pleased to have Kate and Emily working as our team to help us move house. They were always professional and prompt in their communication with us. Time was taken to explain things. They were supportive at every point. The service provided gave us great reassurance and peace of mind. It feels like such great value for money as the service was of such high quality. Could not recommend them enough!

Great service
Georgina has been all I could ask for in a solicitor. She has been very proactive, responding to all requirements for the sale of my property with immediate and throrough efficiency even when probably frustrated by the tardiness of other agencies involved.

Updating Wills and Preparing LPAs
We had delayed updating our wills for far too long and had delayed setting up LPAs for too many years after we were first advised to do so by our then financial advisor. Our existing wills had been set up with the help of Cross Ram in Halesworth. We had been very pleased with the help they gave us so visited them again to find they had been taken over.
Nicola Clayton could not have been more helpful. She was approachable, gave clear and helpful advice and encouragement and was patient when we seemed a bit slow on the uptake and uncertain as to what was best for us. Her colleague, Claire Osborne, was equally helpful, supportive and patient.
We have no hesitation in commending and recommending Nicola and Claire and are confident that, should we need any other advice, Atkins Dellow is the company we would use.
