Trusted and professional
Edward has been the solicitor to our family on a number of occasions, including probate application, wills and LPAs. He is professional and friendly, which has been so reassuring when dealing with some of these more delicate matters, and he always made himself available when we needed him to explain things simply and give guidance. Edward has been extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.

I was given 2 quotes for the sale of my property. I chose Atkins Dellow. The service that I got was second to none. Outstanding. Very efficient, it’s a shame other solicitors don’t have Ingrid’s work ethic.. Will be using Ingrid again

Charity Will
I used Atkins Dellow to have a personal Will drawn up under the Charity Wills scheme. I was given an appointment fairly quickly and met with Claire Osborne at their Bury St edmunds office. Claire was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and provided relevant and necessary advice. I was very impressed with the service I received from start to finish, especially bearing in mind that the work was carried out under a charity scheme.

Sale and purchase
Ingrid and her team were very helpful in both the sale and purchase of my property. What I also noticed is that when I sent an email, i really didn't have to wait long for a reply with a clear answer to my questions.
Very polite and friendly service just what you need when dealing with one of the most stressful things to do.

First Property Purchase! Absolutely Fantastic!
Callum came highly recommended to us for the purchase of our very first home. We are so pleased with the service we received. Callum was attentive, friendly, kind, very knowledgeable and was always willing to help us. He went above and beyond, and collaborated with the estate agents and our mortgage advisor and between them the whole process ran smoothly. We would definitely recommend Callum and Atkins Dellow.
5 Stars isn't enough! Thank you so much again!

Full confidence in Ingrid Alexander
Ingrid Alexander was recommended to me by my estate agent, and I can see why. From beginning to end, Ingrid has been consistently professional, proactively communicative, very easily to get hold of, efficient and reassuring. She has seen me through an extraordinarily difficult time in my life, and it was a tremendous comfort to know that Ingrid had control and oversight of my house sale and purchase. When unexpected issues arose, Ingrid was able to troubleshoot and problem solve without delay or drama.
If I ever planned to move house again in my life, I would definitely return to Ingrid Alexander at Atkins Dellow. Furthermore, I would recommend her to any friends or family with conveyancing requirements, without reservation or hesitation. Thank you, Ingrid!

If it's stress you want, best look elsewhere.
I'm told that buying and/or selling a house is up there with life's more stressful experiences. If that's the case then I feel cheated because there was none. Ingrid handled everything with absolute professionalism, whilst remaining personable and friendly, always available to answer any questions and explaining without resorting to technical language. It was wonderful to be able to leave everything in her capable hands and just focus on other matters. A real gem and lovely person as were all the office staff.
