A well-known Shrewsbury conveyancing specialist is returning to the law firm she joined nearly three decades ago.
Sue Cornish is now part of the property team at Wace Morgan Solicitors, which has its head office in St Mary’s Street, Shrewsbury.
A residential conveyancing executive of over 30 years standing in Shrewsbury, Sue started working for the firm in the 1980s before leaving to start a family and has since been employed at two other High Street practices.
“I feel I have 'come home' by returning to Wace Morgan,” said Sue.
“I am delighted to join a progressive, pro-active and forward thinking team here as a residential conveyancing executive and I am looking forward to continuing my association with Shrewsbury’s estate agents and to serving my clients in the town and further afield.”
She specialises in freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases and associated matters, including declaration of trusts, mortgages and re-mortgages.
“I am a 'people person', very approachable and I strive to provide a pro-active professional service and endeavour to make the whole conveyancing process as pain-free as possible as I am aware that moving house can be one of the most stressful times of our lives,” Sue added.
She lives in Wem and in her spare time is a member of and secretary of a local walking group.
