Shrewsbury Town in the Community launches summer activities

Shrewsbury Town in the Community are delighted to announce details of activities taking place within South Shropshire during the summer of 2016. 

For the first time ever, Shrewsbury Town in the Community will be offering summer cricket camps in Ludlow and will be visiting Craven Arms and Leominster to deliver their popular Soccer Schools.

Shrewsbury Town in the Community's South Shropshire community coach, Ryan Lockley, is a Level 3 ECB qualified cricket coach who will be leading the brand new summer cricket camps which are open to children of all abilities.

South Shropshire community development manager, Steve Brotherwood, said: "The launch of our summer holidays activities has once again shown our commitment to engage with the Shropshire Community and we are delighted to be taking Shrewsbury Town into new communities with Craven Arms and Leominster."

"We are also really excited to be delivering our first cricket camps this summer which will take place in Ludlow.

"We love to be involved with different sports and this is once again a wonderful opportunity for us to encourage children into sport." 

Booking is now available for all Shrewsbury Town in the Community courses.
