Shropshire law firm Lanyon Bowdler has a highly experienced team of clinical negligence solicitors, and is very proud to announce that a fourth member of the team has recently been approved as a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme.
Associate Emma Broomfield now joins existing members of the panel partners Paula Nash and Neil Lorimer and fellow associate Kay Kelly, which makes Lanyon Bowdler the only firm in Shropshire and Herefordshire to have four solicitors on the prestigious Law Society panel. Membership of the scheme means special recognition has been given that a solicitor has the necessary skills, knowledge and experience in the complex area of clinical negligence law, all of which have been tested and certified by the Law Society.
Emma joined Lanyon Bowdler in 2003, having gained her law degree at Cambridge University and completing her training at Chester College of Law and an Oxford law firm. Emma has acted for claimants in a large variety of cases which include birth injury, surgical error, spinal injuries and cancer misdiagnosis. She is also experienced in handling fatal claims.
