One of the county’s leading building companies has launched a fresh new look to celebrate a business milestone.

Shrewsbury Homes is marking its 10th anniversary by unveiling a revised website and new corporate image.

The firm commissioned local marketing agency and Chamber of Commerce member Key 3 Media, based on Shrewsbury Business Park, to develop the branding.

“We chose to work with Andy Rao of Key 3 Media because of his impressive experience and insight into the regional business sector,” said Matt Morris, a director of Shrewsbury Homes.

“Andy and his team did a first class job on our re-brand, and it was completed on time and on budget. Everyone is delighted with the new logo, which is now used on our signage, vehicles and literature – feedback from both staff and clients has been very positive.

“The new website has video ‘fly-throughs’ of our current Abbey Wharf project as well as future developments, it also highlights that we can tailor-make the interior of our properties to suit individual client needs and we have seen a big surge in interest since going live.”

Andy Rao said that it had been very satisfying to work on the project, which included branding for a new marketing ‘pod’ at the Abbey Wharf site, where a total of 74 one, two, three and four-bedroom homes are being built.

He commented: “This is the first time that Shrewsbury Homes has constructed a purpose-built sales and marketing suite, so it was very exciting to be involved.

“Our team always enjoys working with local clients and we believe that we provide a flexible, responsive and reliable service at all times.”

Abbey Wharf is scheduled for completion by September this year, with only 26 properties remain to be built, 16 of those are already reserved, and all other properties are now sold and occupied.
