A Shrewsbury law firm, Lanyon Bowdler has been shortlisted as a finalist in three categories for Law Firm Services (LFS) national conveyancing awards 2013.

The annual LFS Conveyancing Awards gala dinner takes place in September, when Lanyon Bowdler will find out whether they are winners.

Return finalist

Winner of the 2012 Young Conveyancer of the Year award, Emma Alsop, is once again a finalist.  The firm has also been shortlisted in the Social Media and Website categories.

Law Firm Services Ltd (LFS) has become synonymous with providing world class software solutions to the UK property industry, helping estate agents and law firms work more closely together.

Tough competition

Partner and head of the residential property department David Foden said “I am very pleased to see the firm shortlisted for these awards; the competition is tough with plenty of large national firms entering.  Emma continues to rise to the challenge of leading a team of conveyancers at our Shrewsbury office, and is a very worthy finalist.  It is also very rewarding to see the firm recognised for its website and social media presence.”

The dinner, which takes place on 26 September at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, is a total sell-out.
