Shrewsbury law firm Lanyon Bowdler is delighted to announce that it has made two new appointments to associate solicitor status.

Stepping up to their new roles will be solicitors Sue Hodgson and Lucy Small, bringing the total number of associates within the firm to thirteen.

Sue, who is based in the family department at the Shrewsbury offices has been with the firm for over five years. She is a member of the Family Law Panel and is a Resolution accredited specialist, which recognises her specialist knowledge in the field of financial matters arising out of divorce, and private law children proceedings.

Lucy joined the firm’s clinical negligence department two years ago and is based in Ludlow. Highly experienced in the field of clinical negligence and personal injury litigation, Lucy is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Solicitors.

The appointments recognise Sue and Lucy’s success, and highlight the firm’s belief in their abilities.

Managing partner David Battisby comments: “Lanyon Bowdler is a forward thinking firm and it understands the importance of continually investing in, and developing, its staff to allow them to mature, grow and further enhance the level of service they provide to clients.”
