Elite Dance Studios is a family business offering dance lessons in Shrewsbury and the business has now expanded by opening a new studio in Wem.
As well as the excellent classes at Roman Road Sports Centre and Studio One in Shrewsbury, Principal and Artistic Director, Natalie Prudence, will now be offering a range of sessions from Bodywrx based at Wem Business Park.
The high quality tuition and excellent facilities make their dance classes a fun learning and fitness experience.
Classes include street dance, dance fitness, toddler's dance, toddler's yoga, mums/all women fitness and contemporary dance. If you want to try one of these fantastic classes and have fun while improving your fitness have a look at the timetable below:
BODYWRX - WEM
Mondays and Tuesdays
9am - 10am Mums Bums and Tums Exercise to Music
10.15am - 10.45am Mums and Toddlers Movement to Music
11am - 11.30am Baby Yoga for 2 -5 Yr Olds
Thursdays
4pm - 5pm Street Dance for anyone over 8 Yrs Old
5pm - 6pm Dance Fitness for Adults and Children aged 12 and over.
