Have your say on ParkRight

The poor old traffic warden. Now there's a job with little thanks. Some say they are great because they're helping reduce accidents and congestion in town but others - usually the more vocal - are not so kind. There's two sides to every story and, regardless, I don't think any individual should have to put up with abuse; and if you're blatantly parking in the wrong place because you think you can get away with it, then it serves you right if you cop a fine....

But what do YOU think? The people of Shrewsbury have until Friday September 19 to air their views OFFICIALLY.

A questionnaire can be downloaded from www.shrewsbury.gov.uk - on the right hand colum there is an area entitled 'Have Your Say' with the link in. There's even an online version of the survey should you have a few spare minutes when you get there.

Councillor Peter Nutting says he's had lots of "informal comments" about ParkRight but now Shrewsbury residents really have a chance to influence the future of the service.
